Five Finger Death Punch recently dropped the title-track of their forthcoming ninth studio album, AfterLife, and have stated that it will be "arguably the most diverse record of the band." 5FDP are from Las Vegas, Nevada, formed in 2005, and are currently rhythm guitarist Zoltan Bathory, lead singer Ivan Moody, bassist Chris Kael, drummer Charlie Engen, and lead guitarist Andy James. Their previous album, F8, was released in February 2020, featuring the singles, "Inside Out", and "A Little Bit Off", both of which topped the Billboard Mainstream Rock songs chart.

Megadeth, meanwhile, have tentatively slated to release their 16th album, The Sick, The Dying and The Dead, in July. The heavy metal band is from Los Angeles, and is lead singer and guitarist Dave Mustaine, guitarist Kiko Loureiro, and drummer Dirk Verbeuren. Their previous album, Dystopia, from 2016, was widely considered a return to form for the band, debuting at number 3 on the Billboard 200 and the title track earned the band their first Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance in 2017.

The Hu is a Mongolian folk rock and heavy metal band from Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Their first and only album, The Gereg, came out in September 2019, with Loudwire Magazine naming it one of the top 50 albums of the year. They are Galbadrakh "Gala" Tsendbaatar, Nyamjantsan "Jaya" Galsanjamts, Enkhsaikhan "Enkush" Batjargal, and Temuulen "Temka" Naranbaatar.

Fire From The Gods’ lead singer, AJ Channer announced in December 2021 that the band would be going into the studio in January 2022 to begin recording a new and as yet untitled album, so expect something new from them soon. Formed in Austin, Texas in 2007, they are lead guitarist Drew Walker, bassist Bonner Baker, rhythm guitarist Jameson Teat, drummer Richard Wicander, and lead singer AJ Channer. Their latest album, American Sun, came out in November 2019.

MEGADETH 's tour with FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH , which features additional support from THE HU and FIRE FROM THE GODS , will conclude on October 15 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

MEGADETH 's new album, "The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead!" , will arrive on September 2 via UMe . Featuring twelve new tracks, the follow-up to 2016's "Dystopia" will be made available on CD, vinyl, and cassette, as well as digitally through all online partners. There will also be a limited deluxe edition 2LP, 12-track album pressed on 180g black vinyl housed in a numbered gatefold jacket with a 12x24 lyrics/credits insert, a lenticular vinyl lithograph and a bonus seven-inch featuring "We'll Be Back" and the unreleased B-side "The Conjuring (Live)" . The limited deluxe edition can only be purchased via MEGADETH 's official online store, through Sound Of Vinyl and uDiscover .

"The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead!" reunites MEGADETH leader Dave Mustaine with co-producer Chris Rakestraw ( DANZIG , PARKWAY DRIVE ),who together helmed "Dystopia" . The new album was recorded at Mustaine 's home studio in Nashville, Tennessee, with guitarist Kiko Loureiro and drummer Dirk Verbeuren . Bassist Steve DiGiorgio temporarily stepped in to record the album. With the kick-off of MEGADETH 's recent tour, MEGADETH alumnus James LoMenzo rejoined the MEGADETH family as permanent bass player.

"The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead!" features a cover of DEAD KENNEDYS ' "Police Truck" and Sammy Hagar 's "This Planet's On Fire" , the latter of which includes vocals from Hagar himself.

The tour will span over 30 dates, closing out on Saturday 15 October 2022 in Salt Lake City, Utah. The band will be joined on tour by rock icons Megadeth, with additional support from The HU, and Fire From The Gods, promising an intense multi-faceted night of heavy rock music.

In line with the 2022 tour is Five Finger Death Punch’s (5FDP) upcoming release of their latest record, AfterLife. The title track was dropped on April 15 through a lyric video uploaded on Youtube. ABOUT THE HU

For some artists making music isn’t a choice, it’s fueled by something larger than themselves. Five Finger Death Punch Announce Tour With Megadeth, Debut New Song "AfterLife"

Today's a good day to be a Five Finger Death Punch  fan. First, the band have dropped a new song called "AfterLife" that serves as the lead single from their upcoming ninth album, which is set to arrive sometime later this year. But that's not all! The band have also announced a massive U.S. tour set to go down later this year with support from  Megadeth , the HU and Fire From the Gods. 

Back in 2020, Five Finger Death Punch and Megadeth joined forces for a sizable European tour, but this will mark the pairing's first full U.S. trek together. The journey begins August 19th in Portland and will travel throughout the entire country over the span of two months, wrapping up in Salt Lake City on October 15th.

Five Finger Death Punch bring 2022 North American Headlining Tour With Special Guests Megadeth, The Hu And Fire From The Gods To Pine Knob Music Theatre October 5

(DETROIT – April 12, 2022) – Today, multi-platinum hard rock powerhouse Five Finger Death Punch released “AfterLife,” the title track from their highly anticipated forthcoming new studio album, and announced their upcoming 2022 North American headlining tour presented by Live Nation, will visit Pine Knob Music Theatre on Wednesday, October 5 at 6:30 p.m. Pine Knob Music Theatre is presented by Proud Partners United Wholesale Mortgage, Trinity Health and Ally.

Tickets (starting at $29.50 on the lawn) go on sale Friday, April 15 at 10 a.m. at 313Presents.com , LiveNation.com , FiveFingerDeathPunch.com , Ticketmaster.com and the XFINITY Box Office at Little Caesars Arena.

Coinciding with today’s announcement, 5FDP is also launching the official Five Finger Death Punch Fan Club. Fans joining will have exclusive first access to presale tickets before anyone else starting today at 10 a.m. local time. The Fan Club is available as a stand-alone app in the Apple, Android and Google Play app stores and is both a community for the most diehard fans, as well as the official one-stop shop for the latest 5FDP news. Premium Members of the Fan Club will receive numerous additional perks throughout the year.

The tour kicks off in Portland, Oregon on August 19 and will span over 30 dates, closing out on October 15 in Salt Lake City, Utah. The band will be joined on tour by rock icons Megadeth, with additional support from The HU, and Fire From The Gods, promising an intense multi-faceted night of heavy rock music. A portion of ticket sales will go to charity, for which further details will be revealed in the near future.

The band’s longtime collaborator Kevin Churko (Ozzy Osbourne, Papa Roach, Skillet) helmed the producer duties of the ninth and arguably most diverse record of the band. “AfterLife” is now available to stream and download across platforms HERE .

One of the most successful rock acts in modern music, Five Finger Death Punch have been hard at work in the studio over the past year writing and recording the follow-up to their 2020 album F8. The album, produced by Kevin Churko, debuted at #1 on Rock charts around the world with top 10 mainstream chart debuts in the USA, Austria, Australia, Canada, Finland, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK and more. It produced four #1 hit singles with “Inside Out,” “A Little Bit Off,” “Living The Dream,” and “Darkness Settles In,” the latter of which saw the band tie the record for most consecutive #1’s on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Airplay Chart with seven chart-toppers in-a-row with Disturbed. About The HU

In 2019, an NPR story put a spotlight on “a band from Mongolia that blends the screaming guitars of heavy metal and traditional Mongolian guttural singing,” accurately highlighting the cultural importance and unique musical identity of The HU. About Fire From The Gods

For some artists making music isn't a choice, it's fueled by something larger than themselves. This is undoubtedly true of Fire From The Gods whose second full-length American Sun sees them adopting the tagline “In Us We Trust” meaning “we the people” are responsible for change; a unifying statement in order to try to prevent society from succumbing to the growing malaise brought on by soul-sucking technology, divisive politics and environmental destruction. “With this record what we're trying to drive home is that our differences and where we are from doesn't need to define who we are moving forward,” frontman AJ Channer explains. “Like [2016's] Narrative I'm telling the story from my perspective, but it's a story that people from all walks of life can relate to in the sense that we all face the same challenges... and the only way to conquer them is if we face them together.”

The entrance for General Admission Pit ticket holders will be located at the Admin Gate directly to the right of the Box Office.

PIT TICKETHOLDERS: Per the artist's request, ALL drinks will be poured into cups upon entering this section.

Patrons will be allowed to bring in 33.8 fl oz factory sealed bottles of water. Pit ticketholders: If you plan to bring bottled water, please be prepared to pour your bottled water upon entering this section.
