Sydney Sweeney is the proud new owner of an oceanfront Florida compound.

The Anyone But You star snagged up a pricey piece of property in the Sunshine State for $13.5 million (A$20 million) on Tuesday — $US4.5 million (A$6.7 million) less than its asking price, Page Six has learned.

The 7720-square-foot home features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a 520-bottle wine room, a 1240-litre aquarium, an elevator, a home gym, a game room and carport parking.

As seen in photos obtained by Page Six, the mansion is located on a large piece of land approximately 30 minutes from Key West, giving the actress lots of privacy during her days off.

The property includes a massive heated and chilled infinity pool with a swim-up bar, a hot tub and a private boat launch.

It is unclear whether Sweeney, 26, purchased the home on her own or if it was a joint investment with her fiancé, Jonathan Davino, 40.

TMZ reported Wednesday that the Euphoria star, who has already hunkered down in Florida, also plans to keep her home in Los Angeles.

Sweeney purchased her Tudor-style home in California for $US3 million (A$4.4 million) in November 2021 — something she never thought she’d accomplish.

“I always thought that when I turned 18, I’d have all this money and I’d buy back my parents’ house and put them all back together again. And I never was able to, and I never did,” she told the Associated Press that December.

“So now being able to be in a house is such an incredible, humbling, amazing accomplishment that I still can’t believe I was able to pull off.”

The 3,200-square-foot home, built in 1933, boasts five bedrooms and four bathrooms and is situated atop a hillside in the Westwood neighbourhood of LA.

While Sweeney wasn’t able to immediately buy back her parents’s home, she purchased a family heirloom in 2022.

“My great-grandma had this beautiful house. It’s a two-bedroom, cute house that they lived in,” she explained on The Kelly Clarkson Show in December 2023. “My grandma was born in it, my mum was born in it, and then as the kids got older, they built on the property another home.”

“When my great-grandpa passed away and my great-grandmother got old, they just couldn’t afford to keep it anymore,” she continued. “Last year, I called up the owners and I said, ‘I want to buy my great-grandma’s house back.’”

Sweeney also bought a 4477-square-foot fixer-upper in Bel Air, California, for $US6.2 million (A$9 million) last year — despite once claiming she was strapped for cash.

Sydney Galloway Woomer, of Chester, CT, died on December 20, 2022. She was 81 years old. Born to Sidney W. Galloway and Mary Gibbons Galloway of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on November 9, 1941, Sydney graduated from Mount Lebanon High School in 1959. She received a degree in Political Science from Trinity College in Washington D.C. in 1963. Sydney is survived by her husband of 60 years, Patrick L. Woomer of Chester, and her four children; Mary Woomer of Old Saybrook, Kate Woomer Pierce and her husband Perry of Darien, Anne Bartoszuk and her husband Greg of Warren, RI, and Patrick Woomer and his wife Tara of Plymouth, MA. She is known as Nannie by her nine grandkids; Topher and Brittany Pierce, Joshua and Ben Bartoszuk, Patrick, Charlotte, Lucy and Madeline Woomer, and Doug Maccaferri. She is also survived by her two sisters, Gail Galloway Nicholson of Camden, ME and Janet Galloway Werner of Adamstown, MD, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, all of whom loved and admired her. Sydney returned to school once her children were adolescents and earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Connecticut and LICSW from Smith College. She then moved into a private therapy practice, through which she helped many people. Once retired, she was a committed volunteer for both Alzheimer’s research and Middlesex Hospital Hospice. Throughout her life, Sydney shared her love of art, architecture, reading, travel, gardening, and elegant style with her children and then her grandchildren. The family would like to thank several people who helped Sydney through her journey as she struggled with Alzheimers; the staff at Chestelm Adult Day Services, Denise Thorndike for her devoted care, the entire staff of Ocean Meadow in Clinton, and The Connecticut Hospice. Friends may pay their respects from 5-7PM on Wednesday, December 28th at the Robinson, Wright & Weymer Funeral Home, 34 Main St., Centerbrook, CT 06409. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11AM on Thursday, December 29th at St. Joseph Church, 48 Middlesex Tpke., Chester, CT 06412. Burial arrangements will be private. Sydney Sweeney’s Floridian vibes are “Immaculate.”

The “Euphoria” star has purchased a nearly $70,000 beach vehicle to go with her new $13.5 million oceanfront estate in the Florida Keys, Page Six has confirmed.

Sweeney bought the Fiat 500 Jolly, which is a cross between a golf cart and a dune buggy, from Hampton Jollys in Greenwich, Conn., and dropped $68,500 on the ride, a rep for the company tells us. The cruiser comes in 10 different colors, but the “Anyone but You” actress opted for the sky blue, which will complement the ocean on which her house sits.

The company’s rides are designed using a classic Fiat 500 from 1965-1967, which then undergo a full-body overhaul to meet their Jolly specifications.

TMZ was the first to report the news of Sweeney’s purchase.

Page Six reported Thursday that Sweeney, 26, snagged the compound for $4.5 million less than its asking price. The 7,720-square-foot home, which is located about 30 minutes from Key West, features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a 520-bottle wine room, a 330-gallon aquarium, an elevator, a home gym, a game room and carport parking.

Photos obtained by Page Six show the manse also includes an infinity pool with a swim-up bar and a jacuzzi. Sweeney’s new property sits on a large piece of land, which will provide her and her guests plenty of privacy when they head to the Sunshine State.

It’s unclear whether Sweeney purchased the house on her own or if it’s a shared investment with her 40-year-old fiancé, Jonathan Davino.

Although she appears to be spending a lot of time in Florida, Sweeney will remain bi-coastal as she purchased her first property, a $3 million Tudor-style home in California, in 2021.

“I always thought that when I turned 18, I’d have all this money and I’d buy back my parents’ house and put them all back together again. And I never was able to, and I never did,” she  told the Associated Press  that December.

“So now being able to be in a house is such an incredible, humbling, amazing accomplishment that I still can’t believe I was able to pull off.”

Sweeney appears to have become a passionate real estate investor, as she also purchased a Bel-Air, Calif., fixer-upper for $6.2 million last year despite claiming she was cash poor.

“If I wanted to take a six-month break, I don’t have income to cover that,” the rising sex symbol  told The Hollywood Reporter in 2022. “I don’t have someone supporting me, I don’t have anyone I can turn to, to pay my bills or call for help.”

The “Madame Web” actress suggested her campaign deals with Miu Miu ,  Laneige  and  Armani beauty  pay her more than her day job.

“The established stars still get paid, but I have to give five percent to my lawyer, 10 percent to my agents, three percent or something like that to my business manager,” the  Emmy-nominated  star explained.

“I have to pay my publicist every month, and that’s more than my mortgage,” Sweeney continued. “If I just acted, I wouldn’t be able to afford my life in LA. I take deals because I have to.”
