Probably the best hotel in Murmansk but the room is rather hot. Lower floors are commercial office and often had visitors sharing the elevators other than hotel guest. The room is clean and pleasantly decorated. Hot and cold water machine is available in corridor.

The elevator and the building looked scary at first but with the room and facilities it was worth the money. I personally quite like the room and quite surprised after saw outside the building. The staff was friendly and worked 24 hrs. We arrived nearly 3am. and the rooms were ready and quick checked in. We booked 3 rooms of 2bedroom type. The 7th floor room no. 21 ...

The staff was friendly and worked 24 hrs. We arrived nearly 3am. and the rooms were ready and quick checked in. We booked 3 rooms of 2bedroom type. The 7th floor room no. 21 and 22 seemed to be the best, looked like just renovated. They offer everything you need there in the room for cooking, cleaning and even have washing machine with the washing powder for you. The location is a bit far from supermarket but in walking distance (15mins i guess) and 5-10mins driving to town. We have our driver picked up so it was easy for us to get in and out but not sure if they have any public transport there. Don't forget to bring drinking water. They said tap is drinkable but i wouldn't dare, wasn't sure water looked a bit yellow in the glass or it was because of the light . Overall worth the money.

staff could hardly speak english some are incommunicable, you must used sign language, but its better than nothing

Actually it is not hotel but apartment. If you are backpacker who did not contact local guide, you would definitely not found it. It is in building behind and have to go up to 5th floor with your heavy luggage!!

They have a lot of recreation in the hotel. Boating on the lake on summer, all year indoor pool, and ski/ snowboarding on winter. The downside is they did not have many english speaking staff, you might need to open Google Translate to communicate (i learn it the hard way after getting a wrong food from the room service) but they were always willing to help. All in all i am happy to come back to Ogni Murmanska if I ever go back to Murmansk.

Nice, Clean room and Privacy. Small convenient store is just 2 minutes walk. Most of all, manager was a great helpful among freezing Murmansk.

The buliding itself is smelly and old from entrance to stairwell, but the apartment is very nice and comfy inside.

Good location for traveling

Location very good, clean, and nice interior and warm during cold winter. 7 minutes walk from train station. Need to call owner before check in.

Cheap places to stay in Murmansk

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Hotel is a bit dated and needs some maintenance, we checked in and our kettle did not work and the toilet was leaking. Breakfast was a standard offering for the region.
