Nestled on the west coast of Florida, just north of Clearwater, lies the charming town of Dunedin. This small coastal community has a rich history and natural beauty. Not to mention there are so many fun things to do in Dunedin, you surely won’t be bored!

Whether you’re looking to relax on a beautiful beach, explore unique shops and delicious restaurants , or take in some local culture, Dunedin has something for everyone!

Some people say it’s comparable to a smaller-scale St. Petersburg , and I would agree. Similar to St. Pete, it has unique eateries and awesome breweries , and it’s very pedestrian and pup-friendly.

But it’s different in that it just felt a little less busy and a little cozier. Part of me would love to keep this hidden gem to myself, but honestly, Dunedin, Florida deserves to be experienced. I am sure you are going to fall in love with this charming town just as much as I have!

Things to do in Dunedin, Florida

1. honeymoon island.

Unlike the other beaches in the area, Honeymoon Island is a little more unadulterated. You won’t find beach bars or hotels here. What you will find is plenty of varieties of wildlife, a dog beach, some nature trails, and some beachy areas.

There are two bathhouses and a little cafe if you get hungry. Honeymoon Island State Park is open from 8 am until sundown and has an admission fee ($2 for pedestrians/bicyclists, $4 for single-occupant vehicles, and $8 for vehicles with 2-8 people).

I mostly enjoy this area around sunset. If you drive, one hour prior to sunset, they lower the vehicle admission fee to $4, and the sunset here really is quite the sight to see.

2. Dunedin Causeway

Open from 5 am to 11 pm, the causeway is great for a number of activities, including laying out, propping up a hammock, kayaking, paddleboarding, Rollerblading, biking, jogging, fishing— and more.

There is a little hut you should notice on your left before entering Honeymoon Island called Sail Honeymoon Kayak and SUP Rentals . Here, you can rent sailboats, kayaks, or paddleboards for various time frames. You can rent for as little as an hour, but if you rent for any amount over two hours, you can take your rental over to Caladesi Island and explore!

Pro tip: go earlier in the morning, because you’ll have a better chance of seeing dolphins!

3. Caladesi Island

If you haven’t noticed, a lot of the best things to do in Dunedin, Florida involve the great outdoors! Caladesi Island is the perfect place for tranquility. You have a couple of ways to get here— by foot (from Clearwater Beach ), by private boat, by ferry , or by kayak/paddleboard .

There are small admission fees regardless of which mode of transportation you take to get to Caladesi.

Caladesi Island shells and signage

Caladesi is especially great for nature lovers. There is a three-mile kayak trail you can experience that takes you through some mangroves, or if you want to stick to land, there’s a beautiful three-mile nature trail you can experience! Make sure you bring bug spray!!

4. Take the Jolley Trolley over to Clearwater

The Jolley Trolley is $2.25 or $5 for an unlimited daily pass, and it runs from Clearwater Beach up to Tarpon Springs! Several spots along this route make for great day trips !

You can enjoy a nice coastal ride as you head off to enjoy some activities on Clearwater Beach ! Use the Trolley Tracker to see when the trolley will be at the stop nearest you.

If you enjoy this post, be sure to check out my ultimate Tampa, Florida guide ! It includes the best restaurants, things to do, hotels, and more!

5. Check Out the Foodie Scene

There are so many awesome restaurants and eateries in Dunedin , and the best part is they have just the thing for any craving— Mexican, Italian, Hawaiian, sushi, pub fare, BBQ, everything.  You name it, they have it, and all of the spots are within walking distance from each other and will leave your tastebuds pleased (they sure did mine).

Especially if you’re only staying or exploring for a day, I highly recommend bouncing around from place to place and just getting one or two small things at each. We had so much fun doing this! I really feel like we got the taste of Dunedin.

Pro tip: When planning your day and which places to visit, make sure you check what days and times they are open! Many places didn’t open until 4 pm or weren’t open Mondays or Tuesdays! So just keep that in mind when planning!

6. Visit Some Breweries

Dunedin is full of amazing breweries ! They each have their own unique flair. At whichever one you stop at first be sure to ask for your very own digital Gulp Coast Craft Brewery Passport . Check in at each brewery you enjoy a beer at and you can receive a prize once you get so many checked off!

7. Visit the Dunedin Mix

The Dunedin Mix is an absolute must-visit, and trust me, it’s not your average food joint! It’s like they grabbed the classic food hall by the taste buds and gave it a fun, chic makeover.

Not only do they serve up some amazing eats—hello, fresh and delicious poke bowls!—but you can also enjoy a variety of boutique pop-ups and lively entertainment in the evenings.

Imagine sipping on a fancy craft cocktail at a carousel bar that gently rotates, giving off those iconic New Orleans carousel bar feels. It’s basically a merry-go-round for grown-ups, and I’m here for it!

8. Stroll the Dunedin Downtown Market

One of my favorite things about Tampa Bay is all of the markets we have! The Dunedin Downtown Market occurs every Friday and Saturday from 9 AM – 2 PM in John R. Lawrence Pioneer Park.

You can grab some fresh produce, gourmet items, and crafts among other things. Plus there’s always live music to enjoy while you peruse.

Let me help you pack with ease! Check out my Amazon storefront for some of the beach essentials you should have on your Florida packing list !

9. Do a private boat tour with A Boat Day

If you’re looking for an EPIC boat day in Dunedin, Florida you gotta check out A Boat Day . They have a few different options for the type of boat you can rent. Select either one of their deck boats or a funship and rent them anywhere from 4-8 hours. I highly recommend choosing one of their funships which includes a waterslide!

The boats occupy anywhere from 6-10 people and the charters are private meaning it’s just you, your crew, and your captain (we loved our captain— shoutout to Captain Marcos).

Spending a day with A Boat Day was truly one of the funnest boat days I’ve had. I was worried I would be scared to do the slide, but once I did it, I didn’t want to stop! Aside from the waterslide, you can island hop, go shelling, cruise for dolphins, or do some Florida snorkeling !

This Clearwater Beach activity is perfect for all ages and occasions.

10. Ride the Pinellas Trail

This is one of my new favorite things to do in Dunedin! The Pinellas Trail stretches from Tarpon Springs down to St. Pete.

It’s so fun to ride on your bike, especially in Dunedin. Dunedin has several breweries and restaurants right off the trail with plenty of bike racks so you can feel comfortable popping in and out of each as you ride along the trail.

11. Get coffee from an adorable coffee shop

There are several great coffee shops in Dunedin, Sandpiper Coffee Roaster Cafe and TuKro Coffee were a couple of my favorites. The hazelnut latte from Sandpiper was so deliciously smooth with the perfect amount of sweetness and flavor! They also have an adorable outdoor seating area where you can enjoy your coffee and breakfast or lunch!

Sandpiper Coffee Roast Coffee Cafe

TuKro Coffee is too cute and cozy. Would love to spend an afternoon working at this spot. And of course, it helps that their coffee is to die for. All of their syrups are made in-house from scratch with all organic ingredients. They always seem to have a fun specialty latte or coffee drink, and their concoctions haven’t let me down thus far!

12. Pop around to some of the fun bars in Dunedin

There are plenty of different vibes and options for you if you’re wanting to check out some of the fun bars in Dunedin . HiFi is an awesome Tampa Bay rooftop bar located at the Fenway Hotel , it’s perfect fo sunset views!

For a speakeasy vibe , head to Sonder Social Club . It features cozy, dim lighting with shelves of liquors adorned with one of those sliding ladders you often see in libraries, along with my favorite touch— the speakeasy-style bathrooms that have the doors hidden within bookshelves.

And for my fellow gamers, head to the funniest bar in Dunedin, Reboot ! They have pinball, OG arcade games, board games, and game systems new and old throughout the entire place. Seriously, every corner is lined with games. Check out this TikTok for a better look inside Reboot!

13. Visit a local distillery

If you want to sip on something locally made, make a stop at Cotherman Distilling Co. They hand-craft whiskey, vodka, gin, and their Palmer’s Tropical rums using Florida-grown grains and molasses.

The atmosphere is the epitome of chill, with cozy indoor bar seating and a welcoming patio that is perfect for a relaxing afternoon, or a good pitstop off of the Pinellas Trail. Plus, with a rotating selection of food vendors, your taste buds are in for a treat. I loved the sloppy joe grilled cheese I had.

Where to Stay in Dunedin, Florida

If you want to stay in the town of Dunedin itself, there aren’t too many hotel options . That doesn’t mean there aren’t any great ones though!

We loved our stay at Fenway Hotel ! Such a perfect location— right across the street from the Clearwater Harbor, and an easy, enjoyable walk downtown. Or better yet, use one of the bikes the hotel has for guests to use freely!

The hotel was moderately priced, however, I have noticed it fluctuates a bit depending on the season. And like most hotels, weekend rates tend to be a bit higher than weekdays. They are a Marriott Hotel, so if you have Bonvoy points, you can just use those (that’s what we did)!

Check out my ultimate guide to travel credit cards to learn how to unlock and rake in all of the benefits and perks!

There is a restaurant and rooftop bar located on-site. You can enjoy indoor or outdoor seating from the HEW Parlor and Chophouse . The food, cocktails, service, and ambiance were all spectacular and perfect for a date night . It’s easily one of the best restaurants in Dunedin !

If the Florida heat is too much for you, they also have a lovely pool area where you can enjoy laying out or taking a dip.

Entering Fenway Hotel in Dunedin

If you’re on a budget, there is a Holiday Inn Express right downtown. It even includes a complimentary breakfast.

As a member, you now get better savings when you book direct.

Located just west of Tampa and north of St. Petersburg, Dunedin is a perfect destination for a quick day trip, but there is also enough excitement here to turn that day trip into a weekend getaway if you like!

Ybor City is a historic neighborhood located just northeast of downtown Tampa. Cigar manufacturers founded this amazing little community in the 1880s, and it has a rich history that combines Cuban, Spanish, and Italian influences into a culture that is truly unique.

The neighborhood has maintained its sense of history over the years, and that is what makes just walking through this fabulous place so enjoyable.

Spending the day in Ybor City can take you in a number of different directions, but we highly recommend that each of those paths start out with a cafe con leche from one of the local Cuban coffee shops. After that, the choice is yours, but of course, we have some suggestions.

Since moving to Central Florida in 2012, day trips have sort of become my jam. Living in a state where people regularly come for their yearly vacations means an endless supply of things to do, and I’m making a commitment to explore more this year and in the future. Day trip guides feature locations accessible in 2.5 hours or less that are small enough to be enjoyed in just one day.

dunedin-fl-day-trip-guide

If you’re looking for a great spot to explore on foot, enjoy the arts, prefer local eats over chain restaurants, and like cities that are full of character and big on community, Dunedin may be just the place for you.

Dunedin, FL is a small city in the Tampa Bay area with Scottish roots (Dunedin comes from the Gaelic name for Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland). It’s home to Florida’s oldest craft brewery, a popular Mardi Gras celebration, Honeymoon Island State Park, and a vibrant arts community. Coming from Orlando, plan for a 2 hour drive each way.

Day Trip Guide: Dunedin, FL - Visit Honeymoon Island State Park

Honeymoon Island State Park What better way to start the day than spending a few hours at the beach? You can check out the beaches here, or take the ferry over to Caladesi Island State Park. I spent the morning walking, reading, dodging seagulls (hide your snacks unless you want to share them with a seagull, don’t ask me how I know), and generally getting way too much sun on Oasis Beach.

There’s ample parking at the beach along with bathrooms and a drinking fountain. I chose to pack a lunch and enjoy it on the beach so I could stay and soak up the sun a little longer. Even on a weekday, it started to get pretty busy around 11am so I’m glad I arrived early.

Day Trip Guide: Dunedin, FL - Dunedin Brewery

Check out the Breweries The Tampa area has tons of breweries, and there are a few really great ones located right in Dunedin within walking distance of each other. Try Dunedin Brewery if you want something to eat along with your brew (I love the Apricot Peach Ale), or 7venth Sun for Belgian style brews – a small space but wonderful atmosphere.

Explore the Heart of Downtown Downtown is easily walkable and public parking is free. I spent most of my time walking along Main St, Broadway, and Douglas Ave. Main St dead ends into a marina with a nice pier and Edgewater Park, a nice public park right on the water. There are cute shops and restaurants to enjoy all along Main St and Broadway. I especially loved wandering the side streets.

Day Trip Guide: Dunedin, FL - Explore downtown on foot

Other Options From an artist’s perspective, the magic of Dunedin is in the details. Wander the streets and keep your eyes out for fun murals (like the dog mural on the wall of Skip’s Bar and Grill), colorful homes and buildings, art galleries, and the small oranges painted on buildings throughout downtown (a nod to the history of citrus in the area). There’s plenty of shopping along the main roads.

Where to Eat

My first experience in Dunedin was at the Dunedin Brewery (Florida’s oldest craft brewery) and it’s now a mandatory stop anytime I’m in the area. My favorite dish is the tater tot poutine – tater tots, cheese curds, pulled pork, snakebite sauce and green onions – perfect for sharing. The waiter described this dish as a “belly buster.” (My new favorite phrase.) Also recommended: the black bean tacos.

Day Trip Guide: Dunedin, FL - Tater Tot Poutine at Dunedin Brewery

Because no beach trip is complete without ice cream, make sure to stop by Strachan’s Ice Cream and Desserts . The chocolate milkshake was my selection, but the mint oreo ice cream was super tempting.

Other restaurants in the area I can’t wait to try on my next visit:

The Dunedin Smokehouse (471 Main St) This BBQ spot has a huge outdoor patio and smelled absolutely heavenly when I walked by.

Pan y Vino (369 Main St) I love pizza and wine, and this restaurant has both. Pan y Vino is a brick oven pizza restaurant and wine bar in one – a dream combination.

Casa Tina (365 Main St) Aside from pizza and ice cream, Mexican food is one of my favorite cuisines. Casa Tina is located right next to the aforementioned Pan y Vino – the colorful exterior is hard to miss. I can’t wait to try it!

Other options: Kelly’s and the Chic-A-Boom Room (319 Main St), 9th Bar Coffee Co. (949 Huntley Ave.), and The Dip (355 Scotland St.)

Tips for Getting Around

The heart of downtown Dunedin is accessible and walkable. My favorite spot to park is in the public parking area on Douglas Ave. right across from Dunedin Brewery. After a morning visit to the beach, the brewery is a great place to start when exploring downtown and makes for a convenient spot to leave your car.

Driving time between Honeymoon Island State Park and downtown is about 15-20 minutes. From the park, exit and go across the causeway, then make a right at the first traffic light. If you’re traveling on to Dunedin Brewery, make a left on Skinner Blvd, then a right on Douglas Ave. and park in the free public parking lot across the street.

If you want to extend your day trip into an overnight, there are several hotels in the area to choose from. Dunedin is a simple drive from Clearwater, so if you’re in the area on vacation and want to change up your scenery, give it a try.

Fun Guide to One Day in Dunedin, Florida

  • Post author: Rachel Pedranti

There is a lot to do and see in the Tampa Bay area, I am not sure I’ll ever see it all no matter how long I live here. But that isn’t going to stop me from trying! Dunedin, FL is a small city about 10 minutes north of the ever popular Clearwater and 30 minutes from downtown Tampa. Dunedin is the perfect place to go in order to escape the popular, more busy sights for the day. This one day Dunedin, Florida itinerary is packed full of fun and good eats.

Dunedin, pronounced DONE-EE-DIN, draws roots from Scotland and the name is actually derived from Edinburgh. There is even a Dunedin Highland Games Festival held in Dunedin each April thanks to its Scottish heritage. It was cancelled in 2021 due to COVID concerns but we hope to see it back in 2022.

One little fun fact, orange juice concentrate was invented right here in Dunedin. In fact as you are walking around Dunedin try and see how many cute hidden orange murals you can find painted all over. They are a nod to the city’s orange soaked past.

Dunedin Florida Itinerary

What to see and do in dunedin.

Dunedin may not be the biggest city around but it is a great place to explore. There is plenty to do here that will fill a day or even a full weekend in Dunedin.

I recommend starting your day off in downtown Dunedin on Main Street to beat the heat. Dunedin was a classic small town Florida and still is in many ways. However, the construction of the Pinellas Trail, part of the rails to trails program, helped breathe new life into Dunedin. The trail runs right through downtown Dunedin and there are now many amazing restaurants and shops to visit.

Eat Brunch and Shop

So to start off your Dunedin, Florida itinerary head over to The Living Room for brunch and feel free to bring your pup too if you want to eat on their outdoor patio. I ate the ultimate breakfast sandwich and thought it was delicious. The Living Room is one of my favorite places to go for Saturday morning brunch!

Then take a stroll down Main St. and visit a few of the locally owned shops. My Favorite Things was a cute one but there are so many to choose from.

If plants are your thing or maybe you like cute unique shops then check out Seeds right across the street from The Living Room. They have plants galore and many many cute pots to go with them. I would kill any plant I bought but I had fun window shopping!

While you go around town make sure you keep an eye out for fun murals. They are painted on the sides of so many of the buildings downtown and they can be good photo opportunities for group photos and social media posts.

Dunedin has really come to life since the construction of the Pinellas trail. The trail goes right through dunedin making it easily accessible by car and bike. There are so many good restaurants right by the trail worth trying as well! This Duniden Florida itinerary highlights all the best things to do in Dunedin in one day.

Dunedin Downtown Market

Even better (IMO) is if it is a Friday or Saturday then head over to Pioneer Park for the Dunedin Downtown Market. Right off the Pinellas trail near Cafe Alfresco, this farmers market is full of local vendors selling artisan goods and fresh produce and homemade foods! We went in August and due to the heat it was a smaller market with less vendors than normal and we still bought several things!

Starting in November and going through June the market is HUGE. I can’t wait to go back and see it in full swing. There is even sometimes live entertainment to enjoy.

Bike the Pinellas Trail

Next in Dunedin, Florida itinerary would be a great time to bike or walk on the Pinellas Trail if you want to. You can rent bikes or just take a stroll down the path a little ways.

If you’ve done the Pinellas Trail before then head over to Hammock Park for something different. The park is 90 acres and consists of nature trails, playgrounds and even a butterfly garden.

The butterfly garden is hit or miss depending on the season, and unfortunately we got a miss. I want to try and go back sometime when more flowers are in bloom though because the one monarch butterfly we did see was ginormous!

  • 11 Best Things to Do in Palm Harbor, FL
  • Philippe Park near Tampa: What You Need to Know + Family Pictures
  • Blueberry U-Pick at Blueberry Blessings Farm in Hudson, FL

Seeds is a cute and hip store located in downtown Dunedin.

Grab Ice Cream

Afterwards you are probably getting hot so stop in at Strachan’s Ice Cream Shop for some homemade ice cream! There are SO MANY flavors to choose from, I tried the cherry vanilla and it was good but next time I can’t wait to try a few more flavors.

Head to the Beach

Now that you’ve seen a lot of the Downtown area it’s time to hit the beach! This is Florida afterall, no trip is really complete without the beach.

Dunedin is home to the #1 state park in Florida, Honeymoon Island and right next door, accessible only by boat is Caladesi Island . These beautiful sandy beaches are about a 15 minute drive from downtown Dunedin. Traffic isn’t normally too bad but can occasionally get backed up across the Dunedin causeway.

There is an $8 fee to enter Honeymoon island per car or $2 per pedestrian and bicyclist. The causeway is free to park on and you can swim in the ocean.

These pristine beaches are beautiful and the emerald water is the perfect temperature for swimming in. The waves are small and fairly calm which is great for small kids and dogs.

Honeymoon Island is home to one of the few dog friendly beaches in the Tampa Bay area so it is a popular destination for dog owners all over the surrounding area. Our husky loves visiting the beach although he is a little hesitant about swimming in the water.

Caladesi Island can be reached by boat or by the ferry that leaves from Honeymoon Island. It is a nearly untouched islands wilderness with pristine white sand and zero houses, high-rises or stores. The only building is the restaurant, bathrooms, gift shop and shower area near the ferry drop-off and pickup point. You can see the natural beauty of an island on the West coast of Florida and what these beaches looked like before towns and cities took over.

Caladesi has the best seashells of any other beach along Florida’s gulf coast that I have been to and has next to no crowds thanks to the difficulty of getting to the island. Definitely worth visiting.

Where to Eat in Dunedin

Dunedin has restaurants that rank among the best in the Bay every year so there are plenty of amazing options to choose from.

Brunch at The Living Room should definitely be on your Dunedin Florida itinerary that's to its classy decor and delicious menu.

Restaurants:

  • Casa Tina – Classic Mexican food with fun day of the dead decor.
  • The Living Room on Main – brunch, american sandwiches soups and salads
  • Crown and Bull – American food
  • Pearly’s Beach Eats – tex-mex tacos, bowls and sandwiches
  • Pisces Sushi
  • Lucky Lobster Co.
  • Black Pearl – Fine Dining
  • SO MANY BREWERIES!
  • Strachans Ice Cream
  • Lane’s Lemonade
  • Kookie Krums
  • Viktoria Richards Chocolates

How to Get Around Dunedin

I recommend bringing a car to Dunedin especially if you’re visiting both the downtown area and the beaches, however it’s not necessary. If you do drive, parking is easy to find all across town.

You can also bike. Thanks to the Pinellas Trail Dunedin has a very bikeable downtown area.

Lastly, there is a trolley that runs between Clearwater and Tarpon Springs (including Dunedin) called the Jolley Trolley. It costs $2.25 per ride or $5 for a day pass. It does require exact change so make sure to have that on hand if you decide to ride. Make sure you check the jolley trolley website for their stops and schedule.

More To Do in Tampa:

  • Peach and Sunflower Picking at Southern Hill Farms
  • Things To Do on a Day Trip to Anna Maria Island

Dunedin is a very dog friendly city so feel free to bring your pup along with you on your day of exploring Dunedin.

Does Dunedin Have a Beach?

Yes!! Dunedin has over 4 miles of pristine white beaches that are perfect for shelling, relaxing and swimming. The best beaches in Dunedin are on barrier islands in the gulf of Mexico. Both Honeymoon Island State Park and Caladesi Island State Park are easy to reach by crossing the Dunedin causeway.

Another plus for the Dunedin beaches is that they will be less crowded than the more famous beaches in the surrounding areas like Clearwater Beach or St. Petersburg Beach.

Perfect Itinerary for One Day in Dunedin

honeymoon island in dunedin

One Day in Dunedin: Discover the hidden gems of this Florida Gulf Coast town through a local’s eyes. From craft breweries and unique eateries to stunning natural parks and sunset spots, this one day itinerary covers it all.

Dunedin might not be as famous as Miami or Orlando, but as a local, I can tell you it’s got its own unique charm that’s worth exploring. Think craft breweries, artsy vibes, and some of the best natural spots in the Sunshine State . I knew I had to share my go-to places, from the breakfast spots that kickstart my day to the hidden spots perfect for a sunset view.

What’s in Store for You

So, what’s on the menu for our day in Dunedin? How about we kick things off with a breakfast spot that’ll make you forget all about those big coffee chains? 😉 Then we’ll hit up some of my favorite local eateries, explore the great outdoors, and wrap up the day with a sunset that’ll make your Instagram feed jealous. Trust me, this itinerary is all about experiencing Dunedin like a local.

Before You Go I usually enjoy Dunedin’s weather year-round, but if you’re looking to dodge the Florida humidity, aim for November through April. That’s when the weather is at its best—sunny skies and cooler temps.

Keep in mind that winter months are peak tourist season here, so you might run into crowds, especially at popular spots like Honeymoon Island. If you’re looking for hotel deals, you might have better luck in the shoulder seasons.

Where to Stay in Dunedin 👉 I can’t say enough good things about the Fenway Hotel . It’s about a 10-minute walk from Main Street, and the rooms are super comfy. Plus, you can’t beat the rooftop bar for sunset views.

Plus, If you’re planning to explore Main Street and downtown, I’d recommend staying nearby. It makes getting around so much easier, especially if you’re planning to enjoy some craft beers.

A few other hotel options:

  • Budget : Hampton Inn Dunedin
  • Mid-Range : Best Western Plus Yacht Harbor Inn
  • Luxury : Beso Del Sol Resort

Common Questions about Dunedin Florida

1. What’s the best time of year to visit Dunedin? Honestly, Dunedin is a year-round destination, but if you’re looking to escape the winter blues, our Florida sunshine peaks from November to April.

2. Is Dunedin family-friendly? You bet! Whether it’s beach fun at Honeymoon Island or exploring the Pinellas Trail, there’s plenty for kids to do here.

3. How’s the parking situation downtown? Parking can get a bit tight, especially during weekends. But don’t sweat it; there are public parking lots and some street parking available.

4. Any local food I should absolutely try? Oh, where do I start? Definitely don’t miss the grouper sandwich at Frenchy’s and the Loco Moco at Ohana Cafe.

5. Are the breweries pet-friendly? Most of them are, but it’s always a good idea to check their websites or give them a quick call to confirm.

6. What should I pack for a day in Dunedin? Comfortable shoes for walking, sunscreen, a hat, and don’t forget your camera—trust me, you’ll want to capture the beauty of this place.

7. Is it easy to get around without a car? Dunedin is pretty walkable, especially downtown. But if you’re planning to visit Honeymoon Island or other spots a bit further out, a car would be handy.

You left out the “Beatles Museum.” It’s free and has a lot Beatles memorabilia.

OMG! How could we forget! We will definitely be adding it. Thank you for the reminder!

You missed a place that has been reported as the finest Tiki restaurant and bar in Florida, The Honu on Grant St.

Sounds great! We’re going to look into it! We appreciate you letting us know.

The Fenway had Pinellas County’s first radio station……NOT the country’s first radio station!
