Morgan Wallen’s One Night At A Time 2024 with special guests Bailey Zimmerman, Nate Smith, and Lauren Watkins is coming to Lucas Oil Stadium on Thursday, April 4 and Friday, April 5!
Hailed by Billboard for making “his superstar arrival as a touring artist” in 2022, CMA Entertainer of the Year nominee Morgan Wallen continues to reign as one of Country’s top tours, as his massive One Night At A Time World Tour remains in the top five on Pollstar’s LIVE75 chart. Spanning 25 stadium-plays across 5 countries and 3 continents, plus arenas, amphitheaters and festivals, Wallen’s 57-show 2023 One Night At A Time World Tour delivers the man the New York Times dubbed “one of the biggest stars in pop, period” to fans worldwide. Wallen continues to shatter records, becoming the largest weekend ever for Ohio Stadium (surpassing attendance records previously held by George Strait and Taylor Swift) and the only act to play twice in one tour. $3 from every U.S. ticket sold will benefit the Morgan Wallen Foundation .
With over 24.5 billion on-demand streams and nine chart-toppers at Country radio, the East Tennessean’s latest, “Last Night,” became his fastest-climbing No. 1 to-date (with just 11 weeks) and the fastest-charting No. 1 since 2015, remaining atop the all-genre Billboard 100 chart for 16 weeks; the longest running No. 1 solo song in Hot 100 history. Wallen’s recently released third studio album, One Thing At A Time , reigned atop the all-genre Billboard 200 chart for 12 consecutive weeks, the most at the top for a Country album in over 30 years; and currently remains in the top 10 alongside his 6x platinum sophomore album, Dangerous: The Double Album (Big Loud/Mercury/Republic Records); Billboard’s longest running Top 10 album in history for a solo artist (with 137 total weeks spent in the top 10, eclipsing Adele’s 21 and Bruce Springsteen’s Born In The USA ).

Fans just can't get enough of country superstar Morgan Wallen.
Just a few months after he wrapped up his incredibly successful 2022 arena tour, the storied singer/songwriter has shown no signs of slowing down and announced an even bigger, Wallen-sized stadium tour for 2023.
When details were originally announced a few weeks ago, fans of Wallen in Upstate New York and throughout the Northeast targeted dates later this Spring to see their idol - for one night only!
When Is Morgan Wallen Coming to Fenway Park and MetLife Stadium?
When WGNA originally posted about Wallen's new world tour, there was set to be one single show in New York, and one show in Massachusetts, but that information has changed.
"The US dates on the tour will kick off in April, and will bring Morgan to MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ on Saturday, May 20th, and to Fenway Park in Boston Friday, August 18th. Morgan will be joined by Parker McCollum, ERNEST, and Bailey Zimmerman on both of these dates." WGNA Article
On Monday, Wallen sent out a text message to the members of his fan club announcing added dates from New York to San Diego.
A second nite was added at all of these venues including Met Life and Fenway Park!
Wallen will now do two shows at Met Life; one on Friday, May 19th, and one on Saturday, May 20th.
Fans who travel to Boston to see him at Fenway Park, now have two nights as well; a show on Thursday, August 17th, and one on Friday, August 18th.
Tickets for both the Fenway and MetLife shows go on sale Friday, December 9th through Morgan's website.

Morgan Wallen put on a Great Show last night opening for Jake Owen and David Lee Murphy. His distinctive voice has you hooked from the very first song. He is all over the stage with some great moves. He keeps you smiling from start to finish. He sang his hits plus some songs from his album “If I Know Me” and an outstanding version of You Give Love A Bad Name. After his last song, I just wanted to hear more!! This guy should be headlining!! I’d be first in line to get tickets!!

Morgan Wallen Kicks Off 54-City Tour With A Few Surprise Guests In New York
Photo : Getty Images
Morgan Wallen kicked off his 2022 tour at Madison Square Garden with a crowd of more than 13,000 on Wednesday night (February 9). The show marks the start of Wallen’s 54-city “ Dangerous Tour .”
Wallen’s first tour stop also included surprise guests: ERNEST (performing “Flower Shops”), HARDY (performing “He Went To Jared”) and Lindsay Ell (performing “One Beer”). Wallen also included hits from both of his albums in his 23-song set list, including tracks from If I Know Me , which released in 2018, and the 33-track Dangerous: The Double Album , which released last year. He capped the night with “Wasted On You” and “Whiskey Glasses,” saying to the audience: “I never thought I’d be doing this. You all are incredible.”
Though the “Dangerous Tour” was initially set to start in Indiana, Wallen explained “the good Lord had other plans,” so the first stop switched to New York. The country artist shared on social media last week that “severe and inclement weather” prompted him to reschedule a few shows, including the Evansville stop. Wallen assured fans that tickets would still be valid for the new dates (April 14 in Evansville, Indiana; April 15 in Charleston, West Virginia; and May 27 in Allentown, Pennsylvania), and refunds will be available for anyone unable to attend.

‘It Doesn’t Matter. We Love Him’: Fans Support Morgan Wallen at New York Tour Opener
By Jeff Gage
Outside New York’s Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night, where Morgan Wallen was playing the first show of his 54-date Dangerous Tour, there were no protesters, no calls for cancelation, no noticeable sign of The Controversy that had surrounded the country singer since he was filmed using a racial slur last year.
Likewise, there were no Confederate flags being flown, no visible MAGA hats, no inflammatory signs — just a somewhat predictable sea of white faces, cowboy hats, and plaid shirts, plenty with their sleeves cut off. More than a few of the haircuts resembled Wallen’s lightly coifed mullet.
It was as if the uproar caused by his use of the n-word had all but faded.
As Wallen, seated at a piano alone onstage, plunked away at the intro of his soon-to-be No. 1 single “Sand in My Boots” to start the show, 13,237 fans cheered loudly enough to make the PA pop. Taking out his earpieces, the 28-year-old flashed a broad grin, stood up, and walked to the lip of the stage to shake hands with the front row. It was a hero’s welcome.
“We were supposed to start the tour last week in Indiana, but the good Lord had other plans,” Wallen said a short time later, referring to the fact that the opening three dates of the tour were postponed due to winter weather. That bit of divine intervention was about as close as he got to acknowledging the many changes of plan wrought first by the Covid-19 pandemic and then his subsequent pseudo-exile from the industry.
While Wallen didn’t talk about the scandal that came to represent country music’s race problem, fans that spoke with Rolling Stone at the show weren’t afraid to offer their wide-ranging thoughts. “I don’t think he’s paid his dues [for what happened],” said one man named Brian, who came in from Connecticut to see the show but, like a number of people interviewed for this story, preferred not to share his last name. (“There’s a certain narrative out there that people don’t necessarily want to be affiliated with,” his friend, Harry, said by way of explanation.)
Brian pointed to Wallen’s financial donations to Black activist groups like the Black Music Action Coalition. “I think he tried to gloss it over and make it go away,” he said.

Others weren’t as concerned. “It doesn’t matter. We love him,” said Molly Divine, of Long Island. One of her friends, Erin Harkins, echoed the sentiment: “I love this man. I think he deserves the world.” Like most others who were interviewed, neither one had seen Wallen in concert before. Mia, another Long Islander who came with her own group of friends, was one who had, having seen him perform in upstate New York in 2019. “I feel like he did the time he needed to grow as a person and reflect, so for me it doesn’t change anything,” she said.
Another fan, Tyler Griffith, felt that while Wallen made a “mistake,” he, like podcast host Joe Rogan, has been misrepresented as a racist . “You gotta judge someone based on their character. I haven’t heard of Morgan Wallen, you know, knocking down an old lady getting groceries,” Griffith said. “He might have said something stupid, but that’s on him… I think he knows it was stupid, and that he shouldn’t have said it.”
“He [owned] up to what he did, and that’s all he could do,” added Michelle Grigorovich, who accompanied Griffith to the show. But George Politis, a New York City native who attended with a couple of friends, worried that taking responsibility for one’s actions was no longer considered good enough. “Now you make a mistake and people want to get rid of you. And it’s not fair,” he said. Politis referenced the backlash faced recently by celebrities like Whoopi Goldberg and Nick Cannon to illustrate his point. “They’ve all said things they shouldn’t have; it’s a mistake,” he added. “We don’t agree with any of it. None of us should use the word.”
What most people preferred to focus on was Wallen’s music. “He brings a little bit of a new element to the country scene,” Politis said. “It’s not the traditional stuff. It’s got a good vibe. But he also has some good home roots, where he sticks closely to what he’s grown up with.”
Wallen’s particular brand of eclecticism extends to his recent collaboration with rapper Lil Durk on “Broadway Girls” — itself a lightning rod after Wallen joined Durk to perform the song onstage at MLK Freedom Fest in Nashville last month. “Broadway Girls” was played over the PA immediately before Wallen hit the stage and had a large section of the crowd up and dancing. “With Lil Durk being African-American, he did back him up and say, ‘Hey, he’s my homeboy, he’s my friend,’” said Jeff, another fan who came to the gig from Long Island.
As Harry from Connecticut stressed, the success that Wallen has enjoyed — despite last year’s radio ban and exclusion from country award ceremonies — speaks for itself. Dangerous: The Double Album was a historic hit, spending 10 consecutive weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and ending 2021 as the year’s top-selling release. “I think there’s something to be said for separating the art from the artist,” Harry argued.

Still, that’s easier said than done. When Wallen slung his acoustic guitar over his shoulder prior to “Silverado for Sale,” it sported a leather strap emblazoned with the word “Dangerous.” What may have started as a marketing catchphrase has come to feel like a badge of honor. Certainly there were those at Madison Square Garden who took pride in his perseverance. “I like his music,” said Robert Junkermeyer, of New Jersey, “but I also love how he bounced back.”
Separating the artist from his art is one thing; separating him from his fanbase is another altogether. As early as the first song, chants of “U-S-A” filled the arena (with at least one fan quick to take credit for starting it on Twitter). Even more forceful was a wave of “Let’s go Brandon” refrains, a euphemism for “Fuck Joe Biden.” The two occasionally were pitted against each other, with “Brandon” winning out each time. (A meager attempt to counter with “Let’s go Morgan” didn’t catch fire.) If politics aren’t supposed to be the issue for Wallen or his followers, they linger not too far from view.
Wallen, however, had the last word. After tearing through a 23-song, hour-and-40-minute set that included a cameo by opener Hardy and a duet with Ernest on their collab “Flower Shop” (which they performed at the Grand Ole Opry in January), he prowled every corner of the stage, pumping his chest and pointing triumphantly into the crowd. “We ain’t going nowhere,” Wallen declared, returning to the end of the catwalk, “and neither are you.”

Wallen named his tour after one of three new songs dropping tonight at midnight on his One Thing At A Time – Sampler : “One Thing At A Time”; “Tennessee Fan,” paying homage to Wallen’s East Tennessee upbringing; and “Days That End In Why.” Together, these three songs serve as the first taste of what’s to come from his time in the studio and arrive on the heels of his new single at country radio, “ Thought You Should Know ,” cowritten with Miranda Lambert and Nicolle Galyon , currently sitting Top 20 as his latest No. 1 “You Proof” returns to the top of the charts for a rare sixth, non-consecutive weeks atop the Country Airplay chart.
“Man, what a year 2022 has been with the Dangerous Tour. I had the time of my life, and I cannot begin to express how grateful I am that my fans connected with the Dangerous album the way they did,” Wallen shares. “I’ve had so many people ask me if I wanted to take some time off; but the truth is – I have been writing and making so much music in my off-time because I feel as inspired as I ever have. It feels like new songs are pouring out of me, and I love that feeling. We are going to run it back next year with the One Night At A Time World Tour. Bigger venues. New countries. Bigger memories. See y’all there.”
As one of the biggest artists in the world with Dangerous continuing to notch historical chart status as Billboard’s longest running Top 10 album in history for a solo artist (eclipsing Adele’s 21 and Bruce Springsteen’s Born In The USA ), the 2022 American Music Awards ‘ Favorite Male Artist and Favorite Country Song winner adds, “Also, I’m not quite done making this new album, so I’m going to keep making it through the holiday break and early January to chase this inspiration. I promise I won’t wait too long to reveal the album details. To hold you over, I’m dropping three new songs today as a sampler of what I’ve been working on. Can’t wait to take it one night at a time in 2023.”
Wallen’s 2022 Dangerous Tour spanned over 50 shows and broke records in 30 venues across the country during its 8-month-long run. Highlights include his historic Globe Life Field show, which became the fastest sellout in the venue’s history and surpassed attendance records previously held by artists such as Elton John and Lady Gaga, and holding fastest historical sellouts at 11 venues, while simultaneously breaking attendance records with stops at XFINITY Theatre, AmericanBank Center and Darien Lake Amphitheater.
As on his Dangerous Tour , $3 of every ticket sold for U.S. dates benefits the Morgan Wallen Foundation which funds causes close to his heart and, to-date, has supported organizations such as Greater Good Music by donating over 500,000 meals-and-counting, to Children Are People , the Salvation Army and National Museum of African American Music .
There is no official pre-sale in the U.S. for this tour, so fans are advised to only purchase through verified fans. For more information, visit www.morganwallen.com . Morgan Wallen Fan Club pre-sale for Australia and New Zealand shows begins on Wednesday, Dec. 7.

Morgan Wallen serves up the hits to big MetLife crowd, including Eli Manning: Review
Morgan Wallen might be the bad boy of country music, but on stage Friday, May 17 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford he was gracious to a fault.
“Man, when I was growing up I never thought New York and New Jersey would have such [good] country music fans,” said Wallen early in the show, “Thank you so much for that warm welcome. I really appreciate that − thank you.”
Wallen, a native of Tennessee, played his hits with his six-member band in a close to two-hour show for more than 55,000 in the audience, which included former New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning. The two-time Super Bowl champ was shown on a video screen with Wallen just before singer took the stage.
Wallen kept the New York sports legends theme going later in the show when he donned a New York Knicks Patrick Ewing jersey for the encores. He didn't refer to either Manning or Ewing during the show. He did perform the song, “98 Braves,” which references the 1998 Atlanta Braves, but did so without comment.

Perhaps, in keeping with his good manners, he was afraid of offending local fans of the Braves' rival, the New York Mets.
Wallen plays a type of country pop that has multiple influences just below the surface. “Up Down” crackles with an arena rock spark, “Sunrise” has a trap hip-hop rhythm, and “One Day at a Time” has an '80s vibe that can be described as Jimmy Buffett fronting the Cure.
The material is compelling, but it lacked a certain umph to keep the crowd fully engaged. When Wallen stepped off the stage midway through the performance, the “Let's go Rangers” heard on the left of the stage suggested the audience was not fully tuned in.
Or maybe the crowd was hoping Mark Messier was backstage.
Wallen was at his best on the secondary stage, close to the fans across the field from the main stage. He talked about how he missed playing to smaller venues where he could “pretty much look at every single person in the eyes.”
He performed several ballads with a stripped-down musical backing in the secondary stage and it showed his country music artistry to full effect. His cover of Jason Isbell's “Cover Me Up” was ended with a very strong vocal flourish, and overall the four song set presented his firm tenor in a favorable light.
We mentioned he has a bad boy reputation. Wallen was criticized when, apparently intoxicated, he used a racial slur in public in 2021. He also recently got in trouble for throwing a chair off the roof a bar in Nashville and almost hitting two police officers. A court appearance is pending.
None of this was referred to from the stage. Wallen largely sings about girls, Southern identity, and alcohol. Many of his fans appear to be under 21, but they sang along to his drinking hits, including “Man Made a Bar” (with opener Parker McCollum), “This Bar,” “Whiskey Glasses,” and “Last Night.” Most songs were accompanied with pyrotechnics.

Wallen, modestly dressed in a backwards trucker cap, long-sleeve white T-shirt, and brown cargo pants, served 'em up with a smile and didn't forget to thank the customers.
Show two at MetLife is 5:30 p.m. Saturday, May 18. Tickets start at $95 on Ticketmaster.com. The two shows were rescheduled from last May as Wallen postponed the concerts due to vocal problems.
