Stadium Tours now open - welcome back!

The doors have opened again at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and we’re delighted to welcome back visitors for our popular Tours of the world-class venue we call home.

Over the past four months, we have worked to implement measures in respect of social distancing guidelines to prioritise the health and safety of all staff and visitors. As a result, all Stadium Tours will now be self-guided with a maximum of 15 people permitted per tour group - however, our knowledgeable guides will be on hand to answer any questions. The tour route itself has not been altered - and that means you will still follow in the footsteps of Harry Kane, Heung-Min Son, Hugo Lloris, Jose Mourinho and the squad through the inner sanctum of our home in N17.

To enable visitors to make the most of their experience, we will provide each guest with a personal multimedia set that will help guide you through areas including the dressing rooms, the players’ tunnel, pitchside and the press auditorium. The multimedia set will display video content that brings these areas to life - including the incredible transformation of the stadium from football to NFL mode - and interactive games and quizzes for juniors.

Mat Horne, actor and Spurs fan best known for his role as Gavin in hit BBC series Gavin and Stacey, will be the voice that narrates your tour - amongst other familiar voices along the way. We encourage visitors to bring their own headphones (which require a standard 3.5mm jack) - alternatively, we are able to provide single-use headsets.

We want to welcome back visitors in the safest way for everyone. This is why we have recently introduced new health and safety measures, in line with government advice and local health requirements. Critically acclaimed across the globe, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium really is the world-famous home of the Spurs. At the beginning of your tour you will each receive a handheld multimedia guide to ensure you get the most from your exclusive experience.

Explore the inner sanctum of this multi award-winning venue. From the first team changing room, tunnel, and dugouts, to the media auditorium and historic memorabilia displays, you'll see it all first-hand including the gigantic NFL locker room!

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age: 16
• Toilets and accessible toilets are located inside the Tottenham Experience and on the Stadium Tour route- A changing places toilet is also located in the Tottenham Experience.
• The Bag Policy only permits certain bags to be brought into the stadium after they have been searched. Bags larger than A4 cannot be taken on a Stadium Tour.
• The Club is proud to be the world's first fully cashless Stadium. No cash is accepted for any purchase, please bring with you a cashless method of payment - debit and credit cards or mobile and wearable payment.
• No food and drink allowed during the tour, however new for 2020 – take a break in play with a stop-off at the M Cafe as you enjoy lunch and a cup of coffee, giving you extra time to enjoy the plush surroundings during your tour.
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

Availability

The tours are available seven days a week but cannot be booked on event days or the day before certain event days.

We recommend you book at least six to eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Allow approximately 2 hours for the experience, the tour should take 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours

What about insurance?

The partners contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

The tour was fantastic- highly recommend it . We had a fabulous day. Booking it was a bit difficult as you have to put each person in individually and as we were going together it was time consuming and unnecessary. Other than that, really happy. Xxxxx

What a stadium. Best I’ve seen. I really liked fact that the guide gave introductions it could take as much time as you wanted to walk round. Staff were still available at each stage for questions and were so knowledgeable.

Excellent experience

Went to the Tottenham Tour with my partner and grandson, who are both Spurs fans. They enjoyed everything about this and their favourite part was coming through the tunnel and sitting in the players pitch side seats. Certainly a day to remember for us all.

Took the Standard stadium tour. It's a fantastic, informative, well run, interesting, exciting, inciteful tour of one of the greatest sporting venues. Everything was spotless, even the day after a match day. It probably helped that Spurs are on a good run of form, under Big Ange, so my fellow tourers, were in bouyant moods, which made it even better.

The best Christmas present I’ve received

What an amazing experience. The stadium was just huge and so well thought out (in its design) and the way the tours were structured was also very impressive - despite the fact that there were a lot of people on every allocated tour, the fact that you were allowed to move around at your own pace and could ask staff (who were placed at every point of interest) any questions was just great. The whole experience was also enjoyed by my wife and son too, despite them having no interest in football.

My 11y old had the time of his life- there was so much to see and marvel over, - the shopping Experience was remarkably cheaper than my previous visit with my other son to Old Trafford which was a relief! Having visited Wembley before, I think it would have been better for the your to be more guided at each step rather than the audiovisual guide but this is just my personal preference, my kids didn’t mind!

The Stadium excellent but did not like the tech handheld. Wearing large headphone and having to keep putting reading spex on to activate the audio from Device was cumbersome. Other Attractions use headphones with no HH, automatically invoke relevant audio when in range.

White Hart Lane was an iconic stadium in English football, hosting many entertaining encounters during its lifetime. The club's decision to move to a new facility was, as a result, met with scepticism from many of its fans.

After all, Spurs were a team on the up and there are plenty of examples of teams fading away due to the financial strain that inevitably comes with a new ground.

However, Tottenham's new stadium is truly fantastic in every sense of the word and is, undoubtedly, one of the best venues for a football match in the world.

With that in mind, here is everything you need to know about the Tottenham Stadium tour, including prices of tickets and opening times.

As is to be expected, the Tottenham stadium tour comes in multiple forms, and supporters can choose from four main options. Each package offers a slightly different experience, and as such, the prices of them are adjusted accordingly.

The exact prices of an adult ticket for each tour are as follows:

• Standard Stadium Tour –  £35
• Matchday Tour –  £40
• Legends Tour –  £60
• Technical Tour –  £120

On most of these tours, children are charged at the same rate as adults, however, kids will be permitted entry onto the ‘Standard Stadium Tour' for £22 when tickets are booked in advance.

It is also worth remembering that Junior Tottenham members can claim one free stadium tour with their membership.

Tottenham run their standard stadium tour seven days a week, for the most part, although exceptions do apply. On weekdays and Saturdays, time slots begin at 9am and end at 4:30pm . On Sundays, the service is reduced ever so slightly, with those times becoming 10am and 3:30pm .

The above times can also be applied to the other three packages as well, but be aware that those are more limited, and therefore, are run less frequently throughout the day.

Always arrive at least 15 minutes before your time slot, and remember that the above times should serve as a guideline, with exact times subject to change depending on the circumstances at the club.

How to get to the Tottenham Hotspur stadium

As with the majority of clubs located in London, driving is usually a lot more hassle than it is worth. Congestion charges, traffic and strict residential parking zones mean that most fans should opt to travel via public transport.

If doing so, then your best option is to head to White Hart Lane Railway Station , which is just a few minutes walk away from the ground. This is an overground-only station but has good connections to Central London from stations such as Liverpool Street.

The notorious London Underground can also be used if you prefer, however, the nearest station to the Tottenham stadium is Seven Sisters – located approximately a 35-minute walk away. Plenty of buses run in the area that will take you to the ground, but White Hart Lane Station is certainly the more convenient destination.

As mentioned, each package will offer slightly different perks, but there are a few attractions that all tours will grant access to. These include:

• Players' tunnel
• Changing rooms
• Pitchside area
• Press-conference area
• Trophy cabinet
• Iconic memorabilia

But, if you are willing to part with more money, alternative packages grant access to far more exclusive areas. The ‘Matchday Tour', for example, will grant a supporter access to first-team areas in the hours before kick-off and the chance to sit in the manager's dugout .

The ‘Legends Tour' on the other hand will allow fans to take part in a question and answer session with their chosen Tottenham legend.

What goes up, must come down…

Only the bravest adventurers will add the Edge to their Dare Skywalk experience as you take on the UK’s first controlled descent from a stadium. Clip-in, take a deep breath, and one last view of that incredible skyline before heading over The Edge and descending 42 meters to the south Podium below. Take on the challenge by descending backwards, or for the really brave, forwards in this unique, heart-racing ride. You’ll be clipped onto the guide ropes and given a countdown before taking one of the biggest steps of your life…

All guests will pass through a bag search upon entry.

For the Dare Skywalk, you will not be permitted to take any bags with you on the Climb. Bags and personal items may be stored in our complimentary lockers.

If you need to add an additional ticket to your booking, you can simply do so by purchasing online for the time and date you have already booked for. Should you need to amend the date or time of your experience, or require a change to your ticket type, please call our Customer Care team on +44 (0)203 929 1882 , no later than 48 hours before your booking. Please note a rescheduling fee may apply.  

The team are available Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 17:00, and 10:00 to 16:00 on Saturday.

If you are booked in for the Dare Skywalk, your booking should not be affected, provided it takes place up to 3 hours before kick-off. Should your experience be affected, our Customer Care team will be in touch to confirm your options.

Please note, The Edge will not be operational on an event day. You will be contacted by our Customer Care team and given the opportunity to reschedule your booking to an alternative date.

This is reflected when purchasing multi-attraction tickets, which might affect the availability of your chosen date.

The Dare Skywalk begins at Basecamp, where you will check in, get kitted up and receive your safety brief. The entrance to Basecamp is via Tottenham High Road, just behind the Tottenham Experience.

• Step out on to a glass walk way 46.8m above the pitch

• Following an additional safety briefing, strap in for a controlled decent and return to the south podium 42m below

All participants must be at least 1.2 meters in height. The minimum age to take part in The Dare Skywalk climb is 8 years old. Under 18s must be with an adult and the adult to child ratios are:

• 8 – 17 years of age: 1 adult to accompany 2 minors
• 12 – 17 years of age: 1 adult to accompany 4 minors
• 15 – 17 years of age: 1 adult to accompany 6 minors
