Such and AMAZING day! If you are visiting the South of France, definitely book a wine tour with Azur! my friend and I took a small group tour (8 people), out of Nice! Our guide Peter was amazing! Super knowledgeable and made the whole day so much fun! We went to three gorgeous Chateaus and tried some amazing wines. It was also just a beautiful ride and we got to drive though many pretty areas. This tour was such a great value, it included all of the wines we tasted and the tour in each location. I also want to add that while we love visiting wineries but we are in no way experts- this was a really fun tour and we were able to learn a lot but there was no pressure to know tons about wine before going! The only think we had to purchase additional was lunch and and bottles of gifts we wished to take home! This one is well worth leaving time for in your itinerary. It is a full day but we were back in Nice by 6:30pm so plenty of time to still get a nice dinner after!

We had an 8 hour wine tour with them and we truly enjoyed it. Small group but engaging and fun. The tour guide was a very very nice man great manners and a wealth of knowledge.

Highly Recommended Azur's wine tour is a really nice way to spend a day in the beautiful Provence countryside with a pleasant and engaging tour guide. Raphael is an expert in the region and its wines. His background includes working in the industry and formal training in agriculture. He is completely and effortlessly bilingual in English and French. The tour included visits to four wineries all of which know Raphael well. He explains the history of the winery and the process for its wines. If desired, Raphael can provide immense detail about how vines are grown and wines produced in the area. Lunch can be at a choice of local restaurants. Ours was one of the best meals we've had in a quaint and quiet village. Table was perched on a terrace with a commanding view of the surrounding forested valley and hills. Highly recommend this tour for wine aficionados and also for anyone looking for a great day in the French countryside. Also highly recommend the tour for groups or couples. Many of the wines available for purchase at the wineries are a great value.
