Please note: Application of new form to existing customers who had signed a previous version of this form on or before 20/11/2023. The terms in this new form apply to Authority to Operate and Power of Attorney already established by a customer. The bank has the right to make changes for legitimate business reasons and can do so by way of this website update. Details of the change will be sent to the customer in a separate communication within 3 months of the change taking effect.

Funds Transfer Form (PDF, 2.6 MB) [Smart Form]

To make a transfer of funds within Australia in Australian dollars or to make an international transfer of funds where a foreign currency is involved. This replaces the former form, known as a 'Telegraphic Transfer'.

We will no longer accept any new application for Personal Integrated Account from 27 Oct 2020 as we have launched a new enhanced integrated account – HSBC One, to meet your everyday banking needs. HSBC One does not have any minimum balance requirements or monthly account fees.
