Who designs Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour outfits?
Taylor has been bringing out the big guns for her global tour. Notable designers include Fausto Puglisi who heads up Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli. Fausto describes himself as a Sicilian maverick. He designed 12 of the looks from Taylor’s Eras shows, including the skintight snake catsuit from the Reputation era, and the gold-fringed minidress from her Fearless era.

And Taylor isn’t the only superstar he has dressed – J-Lo and Zendaya have also had the honour. He also designed the cape that Madonna wore on her Madame X album.
Another designer that has been tapped by Taylor for her stage costumes is Donatella Versace. The legendary designer was the mastermind behind Taylor’s bejewelled bodysuits that feature in the Lover section of her shows.
And rounding off the Lover looks are a pair of custom-made, jewel-encrusted, knee-high boots from none other than Christian Louboutin. With their signature red soles, Louboutins are the footwear of choice for the rich, famous and impeccably dressed.

Italian dressmaker Alberta Ferretti also has a starring role on the Eras Tour. Her ethereal and dreamy gowns complements the Folklore section of Taylor’s shows completely.
Taylor has also selected a number of lesser-known names to wear alongside fashion powerhouses like Oscar de la Renta and Ellie Saab. Indie designer Anish Gupta created the sequin slogan T-shirts emblazoned with her iconic lyrics “WE ARE NEVER EVER GETTING BACK TOGETHER, LIKE EVER”
And with that impressive list of designers, we couldn't resist the urge to round up all the Eras Tour stage ensembles she's worn so far, check out all the Taylor tour looks (as well as her newest additions)...
Taylor Swift opens with the Lover era
Taylor starts the beginning of every show looking drop-dead gorgeous in a custom Versace sequined bodysuit and sparkly Louboutin heels, setting the bar high for the rest of the concert's wardrobe!

- 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together'
- 'I Knew You Were Trouble'
- 'All Too Well (10 Minute Version)'
Taylor brought back the drama of her Reputation tour
The 34-year-old pop star called back to her Reputation World Tour with the fiery look she donned during the next segment of the concert.
She brought all the drama as she performed in a snake-embellished one-legged bodysuit from Roberto Cavalli.
Taylor delivered four unforgettable 'Reputation' tracks, even bringing out dancers wearing a host of her most iconic looks during her 'Look What You Made Me Do' performance.
- '…Ready for It?'
- 'Delicate'
- 'Don’t Blame Me'
- 'Look What You Made Me Do'
Taylor's 'Evermore' and 'Folklore' dresses are a boho dream
Taylor brought the 'evermore' record alive when she donned a whimsical burnt yellow dress that seemed like it leapt straight from the stories of her folky album.
She even brought along a moss-covered piano to complete the 'evermore' aesthetic when singing 'Champagne Problems', she now treats fans to performances of eight 'evermore' and 'folklore' tracks.
- 'cardigan'
- 'betty'
- 'champagne problems'
- 'august'
- 'illicit affairs'
- 'my tears ricochet'

Taylor looks ethereal in her Folklore looks
Taylor opts for a floaty floor length dress as she sings her 'Folklore' songs!
Each night she rocks a Kate Bush-esque billowy gown to sing some of her most poetic tracks, giving fans an IRL rendition of this album for the first time – all whilst looking like an ethereal goddess.
Taylor brings the 'Speak Now' fairytale vibes to The Eras Tour
It may have been short but sweet but Taylor made quite the impact with the one song she chose to sing from the 'Speak Now' record.
Her fairytale-esque dresses are back for The Eras Tour as she belts out fan-favourite track 'Enchanted' whilst wearing a sequinned ball gown fit for a princess!
The gowns are strikingly similar to the Valentino one she wore during the 'Speak Now' tour back in 2012.
Taylor is the 1989 pop princess all over again
Swift gave us another blast from the past with 1989 World Tour references whilst she sang the likes of 'Style', 'Shake It Off' and 'Bad Blood'.

- 'Style'
- 'Blank Space'
- 'Shake It Off'
- 'Wildest Dreams'
- 'Bad Blood'

On opening night she sang 'Tim McGraw' and 'Mirrorball', read this article to get the full list of every surprise song she's performed so far.

Taylor's Midnights outfits end the show with a bang

Taylor Swift's Eras Tour Outfits: See All the Looks She's Worn on Stage, Divided by Eras
Taylor Swift's long-awaited Eras Tour has finally started and the singer is delivering on all fronts — from performance to vocals and, of course, fashion.
On opening weekend, Taylor Swift gave us plenty of whimsical, elegant, and nostalgic looks as we traveled with her through the eras of her career. She wore a handful of familiar styles, with slight tweaks to fit her current style, and gave us plenty of sparkle and shine. Throughout 15+ more stop stops (and counting), Taylor has given us even more memorable fashion moments.
Related: How to Nail Your Eras Tour Look, According to Swifties Themselves
If you are scouring the internet to find out where each look is from, fret not. Here's a look at all the looks Taylor Swift has from during her Eras Tour — from opening night in Glendale, Arizona, to some of her most recent shows in New Jersey and Chicago — and what you can expect to see her wear if you plan on attending one of the upcoming shows.
1. Lover era
The first era is Lover , a time that signified growth, comfort, and basking in the glow of the daylight. Taylor starts the night off in a custom Versace bodysuit , bright and bold. She pairs it with an equally shiny pair of custom, studded Louboutin boots . Night one's bodysuit was a playful, iridescent purple color, and she opted for a slightly more elegant, gold-colored one for the second night of the Eras tour kickoff weekend.
The shoes are sparkly, but they aren't really the star of the show until she puts on a blazer, also studded, and also Versace, and performs "The Man." The shoes instantly grabbed the spotlight as she kicked her heels up and flashed the red bottoms. This is the first of several pairs of custom Louboutins that Taylor wears throughout the night – they're the sole footwear provider for the tour , just like during the Reputation tour.
At her show at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, the star debuted a new Versace bodysuit that sparkled even brighter than the original one she wore. There are brighter crystals, shining in purple, and extra details, like tassels down her thigh. She paired the new bodysuit with a pair of ombré bedazzled Versace heels, also in purple. Adorning her neck was the Versace Crystal Butterflies Chain Necklace to complete the look.
2. Fearless era
In a seamless transition to the era that sealed the deal for her as a stage performer and style icon, the Fearless era portion of the night brought back shimmery dresses made to move around. The boots stay on, but she trades out the sparkly bodysuit to dance in a storm in her best dress.
One of the big themes in her clothes throughout the night is fringe, which becomes an accessory to the singer as she moves around the stage and dances around singing her best hits. This custom Roberto Cavalli dress allows her to do just that, move around freely and shine bright.
On the second night of the tour, Taylor opted for fringe down the legs in another Roberto Cavalli custom dress embellished with Swarovski crystals. Again, the movements looked just as mesmerizing in this dress as the first night.
As the tour has continued, Taylor has debuted another equally stunning dress to embody the Fearless era. The dress is similar to her custom Roberto Cavalli dress with fringe down her leg, but in silver.
3. Acoustic interlude
During the opening night, Taylor referenced her debut era playing her first-ever hit song, "Tim McGraw." This era falls into an acoustic set, where Taylor does one of her favorite things: She plays two surprise songs each night to give every fan a unique experience during the show they choose to attend. The acoustic, slowed-down portion of the show gives the fans a breather, a time to connect with their favorite singer as she’s able to take a seat at the piano and chat with the crowd before she gives a surprise performance.
During this segment, she has so far worn a Jessica Jones dress with ruffles that hug her frame as she sits by the piano. The first night she wore a magenta-colored version of the dress. On night two, it was green. We first wondered if we'd see more colors as the tour continued and TSwift delivered. She’s also worn the stunning dress in a yellow shade as well.
4. evermore era
Next up is evermore era, for which Taylor wears a simple but bright mustard dress from Etro , also custom. To perform the songs from this quaint but grand era, the stage is set with trees along a foggy backdrop. The tone of the show shifts here. This is where Taylor gets to sit at the piano and commandeer the crowd with her lyrics. There is no need for fringe and sparkles as the crowd sings along at the top of their lungs to "champagne problems" to accompany her.
5. Reputation era
During the Reputation tour, Taylor made a bold choice to abandon the pants and embrace the bodysuit. She brings that energy back to represent this era with one of the fiercest ones we've ever seen her in; an asymmetrical, show-stopping black and red colored custom Roberto Cavalli one . As we've realized by now, nothing on this tour will be dull on the sparkle, and this number features sequins studded along the leg in that infamous snake pattern familiar to this era.
6. Speak Now era
To sing one singular song from the Speak Now era, the fan-favorite "Enchanted," Taylor emerges ready to impress. You can't help but be enchanted by the soft glow reflecting off the sparkles of the Nicole + Felicia Couture bespoke gown she's wearing. This is reminiscent of the Valentino gown she wore when she sang this song on the Speak Now tour but grander, and of course, with more bling.
On night two of the tour in Glendale, Arizona, Taylor switched up this look and gave the audience an equally shiny but slightly different look, opting for a Zuhair Murad Couture custom gown with a starburst design embellishment.
This portion of the show is where she’s been able to switch it up the most. As the tour progressed, the star has given us plenty of glorious gowns to “ooh” and “aah” at. Another Zuhair Murad Couture custom gown was added to the Speak Now era collection, with thousands of sequins sewn on in a starburst design.
Some nights, she graces the stage in an Elie Saab Fall 2020 Couture gown that is full of tulle and drama. Other nights, she opts for something a bit more simple, but elegant: an Ellie Saab Couture gown from Fall/Winter 2022, straight from the runway that has fabric flowers sewn down the bottom half of the dress. This dress’s train drags behind her as she walks down the catwalk of the massive stage softly and slowly, matching the tone of the song.
The next era is introduced in a spirited manner as Taylor revisits a popularly recreated look: the "Not A Lot Going On At The Moment" T-Shirt from the "22" music video. This look is paired with a Gladys Tamez hat that she gives to a lucky audience member during the performance.
On the second night of the tour, she opted to poke a bit of fun at herself with a T-shirt that read "Who's Taylor Swift Anyway? Ew" after lyrics from the song "22" instead.
As the North American tour reached its halfway point, she introduced another shirt that says, “We Are Never Getting Back Together, Like Ever.” The sequined shirts are all custom by Ashish , who also made the original shirt in the “22” music video. Once the t-shirt is removed, a beautiful red-to-black ombré bodysuit is revealed, fittingly so for the Red era.
When it's time to sing her magnum opus, "All Too Well (10 Minute Version) (Taylor's Version)," a sparkly red overcoat is added atop the already striking bodysuit. She puts her best foot forward for a song that has a story as remarkable as her career, with a red guitar to match.
She also used this time, for the first half of the tour, to bring out her collaborator and tour opener Phoebe Bridgers to sing their acoustic and emotional song “Nothing New.” On Bridgers’s last night on the Eras tour, Swift showed off a chain around her neck that held a small pendant. It was later revealed that the pendant was the Give You The Moon Charm from Phoebe Bridgers’ Catbird collection. Her footwear for this portion of the show is a seemingly comfortable pair of loafers from Louboutin .
8. folklore era
For the folklore portion, we see the singer in a beautiful, muted purple Alberta Ferretti dress full of ruffles and flares. It's "fairy in the woods meets cozy baking in a cottage," which are exactly the right vibes of this imaginative and rustic era.
During her performance of "august," Taylor uses body movements across the stage to express her frustration, and the lavender-toned dress added the perfect amount of drama and flair to the performance. As she moved, the chiffon fabric moved along with her seamlessly. On night two, she wore a similarly graceful Alberta Ferretti dress , but in white. It had curtain drapes with delicate hanging threads, adding a beautiful texture to its movement.
Taylor loves to swiftly move around the stage in various Alberta Ferretti dresses during the most emotional portions of the folklore era. She’s shown us two more versions of custom dresses that were created for this portion of the show.
9. 1989 era
As the night progresses, we see more and more fringe. How else would we see the iconic "Shake It Off" movements except in another Roberto Cavalli custom two-piece set covered in chunky fringe with sequins in various shapes and sizes? This look is similar to what the singer wore on her 1989 tour.
On the first night of the tour, the co-ord set was magenta . On the second night of the tour, she swapped it for the same set, except in bright green.
As the tour has continued, the pop queen has added an additional color to the 1989 co-ord repertoire. We’ve now seen the same Roberto Cavalli set in orange as well. How many colors will we see in total throughout the tour?
10. Midnights era
As we reach the present-day era, Midnights , we get to the peak of extravagance and pomp. It's time to celebrate the eras past that have allowed Taylor to become the artist and performer she is today. The dress she chose to perform the culmination of her career is a custom Oscar De La Renta that's looser fitting but still heavy and studded in iridescent crystals. It's paired with a new set of custom Louboutins studded in black crystals. To add more drama, she has a fur coat on, also a custom piece from Oscar De La Renta. Everything about this look screams "Bejeweled," a song placed near the end of the setlist but a vibe that's exuded for the entirety of the night.
As this era progresses, she sheds layers. The dress is shed to reveal an Oscar De La Renta custom bodysuit , an article of clothing she seems to be very comfortable performing in. This time, there's black detailing. It's soft but striking and just sexy enough to perform the Cell Block Tango-esque choreography to "Vigilante Sh*t" with chairs and all. She even added a garter to her thigh to give a bit of a sexy edge to complete the look.
To finish off the show, another layer is added with even more fringe and even more sparkle, if that's even possible. This multi-colored statement piece is fabulous, and it's a perfect way to physically represent just what the last three hours and 15 minutes were all about: Taylor celebrating and shining with the 70,000 other people in the room with her.

The singer has kept to her classic style, favoring sparkling materials, bright colors, and flowing skirts, while using designers like Versace, Roberto Cavalli, and Oscar De La Renta for her couture looks. She’s also shown off new versions of her older outfits, changing up the colors so she can have some variety on the road. And there are some special ensembles just for TTPD . Scroll through for style inspo for enjoying another Swiftie summer.
In London, she debuted another bodysuit, this one covered in stars and a sliver of moon made from sequins and semi-sheer blue lace.
Under the jacket is a custom Versace bodysuit in iridescent purple, though on the second night, it was a shade of gold.
While singing “Enchanted,” Swift wore another sparkling ensemble, a ball-gown from Nicole + Felicia Couture . The wide skits was covered in flowery appliqués.
On the second, night she had a similar silhouette from up Zuhair Murad Couture in a warm pink with sequins shooting down the skirt from the bodice.
Her black and red asymmetrical bodysuit by Roberto Cavalli was covered in a snake pattern.
In Las Vegas, Swift debuted a beaded Oscar De La Renta custom bodysuit , dancing to “Vigilante Sh*t” with her backup and a very noticeable garter belt in matching royal blue.
For the long performance of“All Too Well (10 Minute Version) (Taylor's Version),” Swift was in a sparkling red trench coat over a matching bodysuit and carrying a red guitar.
Bringing back nostalgia for her “22” music video, Swift wore a shirt that red “Not A Lot Going On At The Moment” and a black Gladys Tamez hat. On the second night of the tour, she changed the t-shirt text to read, “Who's Taylor Swift Anyway? Ew.”
Another Roberto Cavalli custom two-piece set in magenta made an appearance.
And she wore an emerald green version of the look the second night, keeping up a pattern of slight variation from performance to performance.
Staying on point with sparkle, she wore a fringed champagne custom Roberto Cavalli dress for shaking around in.
Taking a turn, she wore a dreamy, country-style dress in bright orange from Etro .
During her song “Lavender Haze,” Swift wore another custom Oscar De La Renta covered in iridescent crystals with another piece by the fashion house over it, a beautiful lavender fur coat.
In another romantic moment, Swift donned a rich purple dress Alberta Ferretti dress .
Swift went fringe again with another Roberto Cavalli custom dress adorned with Swarovski crystals.
While singing “Tim McGraw” Swift wore a magenta Jessica Jones , again switching to green in the same style the second night.
In her final song, she put on an explosive, sparkly overcoat and wore black, knee-high Louboutins.
There’s a dark blue version of the coat as well.
This flowing green cutout dress features split sleeves and more embroidery and beading along the bodice.

Here’s Everything Taylor Swift Wore and Sang During the Eras Tour Opening Night
Scoring a ticket to the Eras Tour may have felt like the eighth circle of hell , but it sounds like Taylor Swift's opening night was pure heaven on earth.
On March 18, Swift kicked off the tour in Glendale, Arizona (a.k.a. Swift City ), performing for a crowd of 80,000 for the first time since her last tour in 2008. Celebrating all 10 of her albums—including the latest LP, Midnights —Swift's set included 44 songs, 16 backup dancers, and at least 13 outfit changes. According to People , the entire show lasted three hours and 13 minutes, which, of course, is the artist's favorite number.
The trick to the quick change is keeping everything else simple, as Keira Knightley would agree . Throughout the entire night, Swift wore her hair straight, her eyeliner winged, and her lips her signature shade of red. Here's everything Taylor Swift wore and sang on the first night of the Eras Tour. Warning: Set list spoilers past this point.
According to Elle , Swift began with Lover , taking audiences through “Miss Americana & The Heartbreak Prince,” “Cruel Summer,” “The Man,” “You Need to Calm Down,” “Lover,” and “The Archer.” To represent the album, People reports, Swift wore a sparkling Versace bodysuit before switching into a boardroom-approved sparkling suit jacket perfect for “The Man.” Personally, I'm drawn to her sparkling Christian Louboutin boots, which appeared multiple times throughout the night.
For Fearless , Swift rocked a golden Alberta Ferretti fringe dress to perform “Fearless,” “You Belong With Me,” and “Love Story.” Baby, just say yes.
Swift then opted for a sweet embroidered orange corset dress to perform multiple songs off Evermore for the first time live, including “’Tis The Damn Season,” “Willow,” “Marjorie,” “Champagne Problems,” and “Tolerate It.”
Perhaps the most interesting look Swift rocked, however, was the asymmetrical, half-leg bodysuit she changed into for her Reputation era. The pop star reportedly belted out “Look What You Made Me Do” in a black sequined ensemble covered in vibrant red snakes, which seem to reference her infamous feud with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West .
In stark contrast, Swift referenced her sequined Valentino look from the Speak Now tour with a romantic gown by Nicole + Felicia, per People . “Enchanted,” indeed.
Based on the photos, my favorite portion of the night came when Swift embraced her Red era. To start, she performed “22” in a new version of her sequined T-shirt from the 2013 music video , switching the text from “Not a lot going on at the moment” to “A lot going on at the moment.”
After passing her hat off to a fan , Swift removed the shirt to reveal a black and red sequined Ashish romper for “We Are Never Getting Back Together” and “I Knew You Were Trouble” before adding a matching long coat for the full 10-minute version of “All Too Well.”
Next came Folklore. Swift reportedly performed all seven of her chosen songs—“Invisible String,” “Betty,” “The Last Great American Dynasty,” “August,” “Illicit Affairs,” “My Tears Ricochet,” and “Cardigan”—in a dreamy lavender dress by Alberta Ferretti.
“A sort of a running theme in my music is that I love to explain to men how to apologize,” Swift told the crowd of “Betty.” “I just love it. It's kind of my thing. I love to tell them, step-by-step, here's how simple this is to fix things. If you just follow these easy steps that I'm laying out for you in a three-minute song…. Just love the idea of men apologizing.”
For 1989, Swift kept things light and fun, performing “Style, “Blank Space,” “Shake It Off,” “Wildest Dreams,” and “Bad Blood” in a pink crystal skirt and top set by Roberto Cavalli.
Swift followed up 1989 with an acoustic performance of “Mirrorball.” However, she told the audience she plans on switching things up for each show.
This content can also be viewed on the site it originates from.
Swift was dressed in a tiered magenta gown, which she kept on to sing “Tim McGraw” from her debut album, Taylor Swift .
Swift closed out her show with one of her most dramatic transitions, diving under the stage in her purple dress and emerging in a short sequined number and climbing up a ladder into the clouds, where she added a purple coat. Could there be a more perfect intro to Midnights ?
From Midnights , Swift performed “Lavender Haze, “Anti-Hero,” “Midnight Rain,” “Vigilante Shit,” “Bejeweled,” “Mastermind,” and “Karma.” But she wasn't all out of tricks yet.
In the middle of “Midnight Rain,” Swift whipped out yet another quick change, falling gracefully behind a wall of umbrellas before stepping out of the fray in a sparkling blue Oscar de la Renta bodysuit and matching Christian Louboutin boots.
Can we have a bit of commotion for this rainbow fringe jacket?
Yeah, this was well worth the wait.

Behind-the-scenes videos and sketches show how some of Taylor Swift's sparkliest Eras Tour looks were created
- Taylor Swift's Eras Tour started in Glendale, Arizona, on Friday.
- Swift performed in a slew of custom, designer looks styled by Joseph Cassell Falconer.
- The looks ranged from sparkly bodysuits to ball gowns.
Roberto Cavalli's creative director, Fausto Puglisi, designed a sparkly pink set for Swift.
TikToks shared by Variety and Rolling Stone showed that Swift wore the custom, crystal-adorned look when she performed songs from her album "1989," including "Style" and "Blank Space," during the first two shows of her tour, which took place in Glendale, Arizona.
A short behind-the-scenes video about the set was shared on the Roberto Cavalli Instagram account on Monday. The video included clips of the ensemble being made as well as the original sketch for the look.
View this post on Instagram A post shared by Roberto Cavalli (@roberto_cavalli)
The video noted that both the crystals and fringe adorning the hot-pink set were crafted and applied by hand.
Puglisi also nodded to Swift's 2015 tour for "1989," as she often wore sparkles and coordinating sets. She paired the outfit with coordinating, custom Christian Louboutin boots.
Puglisi also designed the gold dress Swift wore when singing songs from "Fearless" on the first night of The Eras Tour.
The custom Roberto Cavalli minidress was completely covered in tiers of sparkly, gold fringe that shook around Swift as she performed, accenting her custom Christian Louboutin boots.
She wore the dress when performing "Fearless," "Love Story," and "You Belong With Me" on the opening night of the tour. The gold color scheme nodded to "Fearless," as both the original album and " Fearless (Taylor's Version) " had a gold color scheme.
The brand shared the original sketch of the dress on its Instagram .
Swift wore a different gold Roberto Cavalli dress for her performances of "Fearless" songs on her second night in Glendale, Arizona.
Like the first night's dress, Puglisi chose a gold color scheme for Swift's "Fearless" look, which Swift paired with custom Christian Louboutin boots.
The second minidress was covered in Swarovski crystals that were hand-applied, as Roberto Cavalli shared in an Instagram post , which included a sketch of the dress.
The dress had an ombré effect, flowing from gold to silver in strips of fabric that flowed out at her thigh.
Swift also wore a custom Roberto Cavalli look to perform songs from "Reputation."
Puglisi designed an asymmetrical catsuit for the "Reputation" portion of Swift's performance, which included songs like "Delicate" and "Look What You Made Me Do."
The sparkly ensemble had one sleeve and one pant leg, leaving her other arm bare and her leg in fishnets.
As Roberto Cavalli detailed on Instagram, sparkly snakes made with diamond, black, and ruby-red embellishments adorned the look.
Snakes were integral to Swift's imagery for the "Reputation" album, tying the look to the 2017 album.
Swift wore a custom Nicole + Felicia ball gown to perform "Enchanted" on opening night.
Swift leaned into the fairy-tale vibe of her song "Enchanted" from "Speak Now" for opening night, wearing a custom bespoke ball gown from Nicole + Felicia.
The gown had a fitted bodice and full skirt made of soft-pink fabric, and it was adorned with more than 200,000 sequins and crystals, as the brand shared on its Instagram .

Nicole + Felicia shared an Instagram video of the making of the dress, which included the original sketch of the gown and shots of it being hand-beaded.
A representative for the brand also told Insider via email that the beading was made of slightly different colors, including silver, gold, champagne, and bronze, to give it more dimension.
For night two, Swift performed "Enchanted" in a pink Zuhair Murad ball gown.
Swift's second ball gown was made of tulle and also adorned with sequins, as Zuhair Murad shared on Instagram .
The crystals created a starburst shape in the center of the bodice, which crisscrossed in the back.

According to Zuhair Murad's post , the dress took "over 350 hours of atelier handwork" to make.
Swift's custom Alberta Ferretti look for "Folklore" accentuated the album's tone.
When performing songs from her moody and imaginative album " Folklore " on opening night, Swift changed into a chiffon dress from Alberta Ferretti.
The brand posted a photo of its sketch of the dress on Instagram, sharing that the mauve gown was embroidered with crystals .

The gown also had a low neckline and flutter sleeves.
She wore another custom Alberta Ferretti dress to perform "Folklore" songs on the second night of the tour.
Like the mauve dress, the cream Alberta Ferretti gown had flowing sleeves and a tiered skirt, as the brand shared alongside a sketch of the gown on Instagram .
The dress also included "delicate crystal and micro-beading" in addition to the layers of fabric, according to Alberta Ferretti's Instagram .
Swift ended the show in a "midnight" bodysuit from Oscar de la Renta.
Swift closed her concert with songs from her 2022 album " Midnights ," including "Bejeweled" and "Karma."
Oscar de la Renta designed her custom "midnight" bodysuit, as the brand shared on Instagram . Another pair of custom Christian Louboutin boots completed the outfit.

Layers of sparkles and fringe covered the deep-blue bodysuit and flowed onto Swift's legs. According to Oscar de la Renta, the outfit was hand-adorned with over 5,300 beads and crystals.

Inside Taylor Swift's 'Eras' tour wardrobe – from designer sketches to outfit details
The star performs a three-hour set in a series of striking bodysuits and ball gowns
Taylor Swift's record-breaking 'Eras' tour has now returned to Wembley for a further five nights, with the final show on 20 August closing the European leg of her tour. It's the second round of shows in London, with her previous batch seeing an an on-stage cameo appearance from her American footballer boyfriend, Travis Kelce.
The return comes after the three-hour show was forcibly cancelled in Vienna; Swift's three sold-out shows at the Ernst Happel Stadium were called off after the Austrian authorities arrested three suspects who were reportedly planning an attack on the concert. Swift has since announced five new support acts for her upcoming live shows in the capital; alongside Paramore, Raye, Suki Waterhouse, Maisie Peters, Sofia Isella and Holly Humberstone are all slated to appear.
The show, which previously travelled across America before heading off internationally, is split into different sections to represent each of Swift's albums, and naturally features a string of high-octane looks, with bespoke outfits for each era.
"The tour represents a very important moment in Taylor's career, because she conceived and built it as a journey through the different moments or, as the title suggests, the musical eras defining her career," explained Alberta Ferretti, one of the designers behind one of Swift's many on-stage ensembles. "I'm honoured that she asked me to design dresses for this special occasion. I have always been fascinated by women who constantly question and challenge themselves and Taylor, with her work, has demonstrated to be a multifaceted artist, able to constantly transform and evolve."
Each look was carefully considered and designed to reflect the feel of each album: a floaty lilac Alberta Ferretti gown and a ruffled orange Etro design for Folklore , for example, or a one-legged snake-motif Roberto Cavalli jumpsuit for Reputation. As the tour has progressed, Swift has debuted the occasional new piece at each destination, switching up the wardrobe slightly from venue to venue.
In the brief tour hiatus before the European leg, Swift released a new album – The Tortured Poets Department – which means that fans were treated to an expanded set list from those who saw earlier versions of the show, with new costumes to match. Having initially kicked off in Arizona in March 2023, the tour will finally conclude in Vancouver in December 2024.
Here, we chart some highlights from her impressive tour wardrobe, from designer sketches to up-close details:
Zuhair Murad
Swift unveiled a new Zuhair Murad look while on-stage at Wembley Stadium – her fourth variation of bodysuit by the Lebanese designer for the Midnights era section of the tour. The corseted design was decorated with beaded fringing, silver stars and a crescent moon.
Vivienne Westwood
The singer debuted a new custom Vivienne Westwood dress on her opening night in Milan.
The white taffeta corseted design was embellished with black crystals spelling out the lyrics, "Who’s afraid of little old me? You should be…", from her single, Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me? .
Tiffany & Co
For the London leg of her tour, Swift added an elegant piece of jewellery in the form of a Tiffany T Diamond Wire ring in 18k gold by Tiffany & Co , which she wore on the index finger of her right hand.
Swift took to the stage in Paris wearing this custom silver twill tailcoat with black crystal-embellished lapel by Vivienne Westwood, paired with a custom silver twill bustier and matching high-waisted briefs. She completed the look with a three-row orb choker in black agate.
The previous night, she wore the same Vivienne Westwood look but in gunmetal and black.
Roberto Cavalli
The singer also debuted this colourful two-piece set created by Roberto Cavalli creative director Fausto Puglisi, which she wore with mismatching boots.
The mini skirt and bustier were meticulously adorned with stones, sequins, and bejewelled crystals in varying colours, with ombré shading to add depth.
She also wore a yellow and orange version of the look.
Another bright Roberto Cavalli look came in the form of this floaty gown with a tiered skirt, which has been created in multiple colourways.
The chiffon dress features an ombré design in varying sunset colours, and a hemline that's shorter at the front and extends longer in the back.
Taylor Swift kicked off the European leg of her tour in a sparkling double-breasted Versace blazer, embellished with iridescent fuchsia crystals and accented with gold Medusa buttons. She paired the custom jacket with ombré Christian Louboutin boots – a bespoke version of the Eleonora Botta style – covered with thousands of glittering strass crystals.
Underneath the blazer she wore a crystal-embroidered Versace bodysuit with bustier boning structure, covered in paillettes in tones of orange with iridescent elements.
For the new Tortured Poets Department section, Swift debuted this custom corseted Vivienne Westwood dress. The design, created from recycled white taffeta, featured lyrics from her latest single, Fortnight : "I love you, it's ruining my life."
She styled the dress with a matching white military jacket with tasselled epaulettes, and lace-up Christian Louboutin ankle boots.
The singer also added a new Zuhair Murad couture bodysuit to her wardrobe rotation in Paris. The cut-out piece featured fringing and embroidery in varying shades of midnight blue.
Alberta Ferretti
The singer has worn numerous Alberta Ferretti designs throughout the tour so far, including this flowing yellow dress seen in Paris.
The custom tiered gown featured voluminous sleeves and delicate crystal and micro-beading embroidery.
Nicole + Felicia
In Singapore, Taylor Swift performed onstage in a voluminous lilac Nicole + Felicia ballgown, featuring a tiered tulle skirt that captured the light, thanks to its crystal-embellished finish.
Nicole + Felicia shared a glimpse into how the breathtaking dress was made in the brand's atelier, from the original sketch to the final product.

Taylor Swift Kicks Off Her Eras Tour in Fully Bejeweled Fashion
Taylor Swift kicked off her much-anticipated The Eras Tour on Friday night in Glendale, Arizona (renamed “Swift City” on Friday and Saturday for the occasion). You’ll recall that the singer broke records with the tour, selling 2.4 million tickets in a single day, so it’s safe to say that Swifties were eager to see what the singer had in store. Over the course of her three-hour-long set list—which included 44 songs—the star certainly didn’t disappoint with outfits. She sported custom designs from labels such as Versace, Roberto Cavalli, and Oscar de la Renta. Her performance attire paid homage to all of her past eras—from rocking “Bejeweled”-worthy bodysuits, to edgy snake looks that nodded to her Reputation days.
Diehard fans of Swift could easily catch how her new costumes nod to her past. Styled by Joseph Cassell Falconer, they served as modern updates to signature Swift looks. Her gold, fringed mini dress by Roberto Cavalli, for instance, referenced a similar Cavalli dress that Swift wore during her Fearless tour back in 2011. “We chose a beautiful champagne color, which is very Taylor,” Roberto Cavalli designer Fausto Puglisi tells Vogue . The designer also created the embroidered Rhombus top and mini skirt for her 1989 set, as well as the embroidered snake catsuit Swift wears to perform songs from her album Reputation. “It’s more of a badass, rock and roll look,” says Puglisi.
In Roberto Cavalli
Swift famously adopted the slithery imagery during her Reputation era, when her haters flooded her social media with snake emojis. She reclaimed the term and symbol as a power move. “I wanted to send a message to you guys that if someone uses name-calling to bully you on social media, and even if a lot of people jump on board with it, that doesn’t have to beat you,” Swift said on stage during her opening night. (Fans have even been creating their own snake looks to wear to the show.)
Each outfit was aligned with the message and vibe of the era Swift referenced, showcasing the different audio and visual aesthetics she’s embraced over her nearly two-decade-long career. Swift opened with her songs from the Lover album, and channeled the album’s visual pastel vibes with a glitzy Versace bodysuit. (All of the looks were also complete with shimmery Christian Louboutin boots.) While performing Midnight’s “Lavender Haze,” she chose a faux fur lavender coat by Oscar de la Renta, complete with a beaded bodysuit. During her more ethereal Folklore section, Swift leaned on gauzy prairie gowns by Alberta Ferretti and Etro.
In Alberta Ferretti
The most dramatic, of course, was the full-on princess gowns by Nicole + Felicia that Swift wears to perform “Enchanted” in—an enchanted design indeed. With each look more dazzling the next, there was an intentional choice from Swift to use her stage fashion to speak to the music she performs. The same sentiment came from the designers themselves, most of whom did custom creations. “I always want to create couture for the music,” says Puglisi. “We took an artisanal approach to craftsmanship—when you create for a concert in a stadium with so many people, everything must be eye-catching.” In other words, best believe she’s still bejeweled.
Below, all of Swift’s best fashion moments from her Eras Tour so far.

Taylor Swift Wore An Eras Tour Outfit With A Sweet Meaning In Sweden
No one loves an Easter egg more than she does.
When Taylor Swift first brought her Eras Tour to Europe in early May, her fans spotted numerous changes to the show . Chief among them was the much-anticipated addition of songs from her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department , but there were other surprises, too, from her surprise reordering of the set list to her glitzy new outfits. And, of course, the queen of Easter eggs found new ways to convey messages to Swifties.
Taylor’s Most Fitting ’Fit
Swift’s European Eras debut came in Paris on May 9. Over her four concerts there, she performed her 1989 set in a glittery crop top and skirt set, changing the color of the ombré pieces each night. She kept it up when she performed the first of three shows in Stockholm, Sweden, on May 17. Except, this time, she wore her most fitting color combination yet.
It was yellow and blue for Swift on Night 1 in Sweden. The bright colors matched the country’s flag and seemed like an extra way to show love to her Swedish fans. Naturally, her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. “Taylor said she’s in her ‘Swedish Era’ tonight,” one happy fan tweeted .
Taylor’s Many Color Combos
Swift had four other versions of the same custom-designed Roberto Cavalli outfit in Paris. First it was pink and blue on Night 1, and then orange and purple on Night 2. Next, she moved to green and pink on Night 3, and then finally to yellow and red for her final show in the City of Love. Not surprisingly, her yellow and red variation made Swifties think of her guy on the Chiefs, Travis Kelce , especially since she wore it on a night when he was in the audience cheering her on.
Every night, Swift has worn the outfit with mismatched shoes. The high-heeled ankle boots are Christian Louboutin, and they always color-coordinate with the rest of her ensemble. Swift hasn’t revealed where she got her inspiration for the look, but it’s a Carrie Bradshaw-approved move .
The Ongoing Easter Egg Hunt
The Eras Tour is continuing its journey across Europe through August, and then Swift will have a break until October, when she picks back up in the United States and Canada. It’s a mammoth run, but don’t expect Swift to let it get boring. She’s bound to keep surprising us with new Easter eggs along the way.

"I don't know how to process all of this in the way that it's making me feel right now," she told the crowd. "We have a lot of time for me to try to sum up how I'm feeling about how much I've missed you and how happy I am to see you. Let me just start by saying you guys are making feel fantastic!"
Moving from her "Lover" into her "Fearless" era, Swift then sported a cream fringed mini dress to perform "Fearless," "You Belong With Me" and "Love Story."

Taylor Swift Debuted Brand-New Costumes During Her First Eras Tour Show in Paris
And that's not the only change she made.
Getty Images
It's hard to count the ways in which Taylor Swift's Eras Tour broke records. There's the innovative format (which took fans on a winding recap of her career, reliving hit after hit and the years they dominated the radio) plus the show's status as the highest-grossing tour in history, having brought in over $1 billion by the end of 2023. Maybe most indicative of its staying power is the fact that it's still making headlines. On May 9, 2024, over a year after the tour began, Swift gave her first performance following the release of her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department, in Paris. After much fan speculation, she revealed a dozen dazzling updates to the show.
Here are all the new outfits, song changes, and set details.
A New Look for the Lover Era
JULIEN DE ROSA/Getty Images
The pop star opened the tour in a brand-new orange and red bodysuit. In past iterations of the tour, she wore a similar costume in shades of pink and blue.
The Intro Now Includes Samples of TTPD
Before Swift enters the stage at each show, an opening track plays with samples of songs from each era, giving guests a taste of what's to come. During her May 9 show in Paris, a new intro played including snippets from her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department .
A New Fearless Costume
Kevin Mazur/TAS24/Getty Images
The singer wore a new silver and black dress for the Fearless portion of the set, referencing a similar dress she wore on her original Fearless tour in 2009.
A New Era Dedicated to 'The Tortured Poets Department'
New album, new era. Swift performed the songs 'But Daddy I Love Him," "Who's Afraid Of Little Old Me?", "Fortnight," "The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived," and "I Can Do It With A Broken Heart" in a new white dress decorated with text, almost like the pages of a book. She also included short samples of "So High School" and "Down Bad."
The section included noteworthy new choreography. Just before performing I Can Do It With A Broken Heart, Swift lay limp like a rag doll while dancers in top hats dressed her up to the tune of circus music. They then push her forward onto the stage, though her gestures remain hesitant. Some have speculated that the performance is a metaphor for the first months of The Eras tour, in which Swift performed back-to-back shows right after her break up from actor Joe Alwyn .
The song that follows includes lyrics like "Lights, camera, bitch smile, even when you wanna die" and "All the pieces of me shattered as the crowd was chanting, more." The accompanying music video includes visuals from the tour.
Folklore and Evermore Are Combined (With a New Costume)
Kevin Mazur/TAS24 /Getty Images
The Folklore and Evermore eras once stood on their own, but in the updated set Swift joined them. “We have now reunited the sisters and combined them into one chapter,” she said . She alternated songs from each album wearing a never-before-seen yellow dress from Alberta Ferretti.
She Nixed Existing Songs
Kevin Mazur/TAS24/Getty images
Given the show already surpassed three hours, adding new songs meant having to nix existing ones. Swift axed fan favorites from Folklore, Evermore, Lover, Fearless, and Speak Now , including “The Archer,” “The Last Great American Dynasty,” “The 1,” “’Tis the Damn Season,” “Tolerate It,” "Fearless' "Evermore" and "Long Live."
A New Red Costume
Swift sported a new top for the show's Red era: a white T-shirt that read 'This is not Taylor's version.'
New Sequencing
Swift moved up Speak Now, performing songs from the album right after the Red era and pushed back the now-combined Folklore/Evermore section to follow Reputation . After 1989 she launched into a brand new The Tortured Poets Department section, and rounded things out with her usual surprise songs and Midnights era.
A New 1989 Outfit
For the 1989 portion of the show, Swift wore a pink ombré top and a blue ombré miniskirt. Her shoes were mismatched, with the right boot matching her top and the left referencing her skirt.
A New Acoustic Set Dress
The Grammy winner debuted a hot pink mini dress for the surprise section of the set. At the May 9 show in Paris she (fittingly) played the songs "Paris" and "loml," a ballad from her new album.
Another New Acoustic Set Dress
On her third night performing in Paris, the star wore a new orange dress during her acoustic set. She played Hey Stephen and Maroon.
A New Midnights Costume
Swift ended the the first Paris show in another new outfit. The blue bodysuit is similar in color to previous Midnight's costumes, but features a new silhouette with cutouts on the ribs and a a keyhole near the chest.
On the third night she switched things up again, debuting a glittering purple dress and coat.
New Transitions and Visuals
The updated show's Speak Now section is preceded by flowers blooming on the stage's screen, while Reputation ends with a snake slithering into the woods, signaling the start of the now combined Folklore and Evermore era. The Tortured Poets Department era includes spaceship visuals and old Hollywood motifs.

See All Taylor Swift's New Eras Tour Outfits in Europe — Including Her Custom 'Fortnight' Dress
From a custom Vivienne Westwood gown for 'TTPD' to an orange Versace bodysuit, see the singer's new looks for the Eras Tour

Taylor Swift proved she never goes out of style as she returned to the Eras Tour .
Following a two-month hiatus, Swift returned to the stage for an electrifying show in Paris on May 9. In addition to changing up her setlist as she included new songs from The Tortured Poets Department (including sweet nods to her boyfriend Travis Kelce), the singer also donned several new costumes .
For her 1989 set, she wore a mismatched Roberto Cavalli two-piece set and Christian Louboutin boots, which quickly drew parallels to Ariel from The Little Mermaid (which was released the same year Swift was born).
As Swift performed The Tortured Poets Department songs for the first time, including "So High School ," she went full meta with a custom gown from Vivienne Westwood that featured lyrics from the album.
Read ahead to see all the new costumes for the Eras Tour.

Swift kicked off the show with a fiery new Versace bodysuit . While her previous pink and blue bodysuits looked like soft sunsets, this one looked more like the sun itself in a bright pink and orange. She completed the look with matching Christian Louboutins that featured an ombré detailing.
Taylor Swift's Versace Blazer and Christian Louboutin Boots

As Swift sang her hit song "The Man," she perfectly transitioned the set by putting on a custom Versace blazer. The small costume change seamlessly blended together with her bodysuit and Christian Louboutin boots.
Taylor Swift's Fringe Dress and Christian Louboutin Boots
While Swift previously donned gold fringe dresses during her Eras Tour, she opted for a silver and black number as she performed in Paris along with black strass boots by Christian Louboutin. As many Swifties pointed out, the new outfit more closely aligns with the fringe dress she wore during her Fearless Tour back in 2009.
Taylor Swift's Roberto Cavalli Dress
Vittorio Zunino Celotto/TAS24/Getty
For the first Milan show on July 13, Swift wore a new Roberto Cavalli minidress for the Fearless era. The house wrote on Instagram that the piece, made by creative director Fausto Puglisi, is a "short party dress with a fringed skirt, entirely embroidered with crystals and micro-beads."
Taylor Swift's Ashish Gupta Shirt
Like her previous tour dates, Swift continued with the tradition of wearing a custom Ashish Gupta shirt as she performed "22." While past phrases have included subtle nods to the song's lyrics, this particular shirt had fans scratching their heads as it read: "This Is Not Taylor's Version."
Kevin Mazur/TAS24/Getty
On May 10, Swift pulled out a new Ashish Gupta shirt, this one reading "I Bet You Think About Me" for "22." Gupta shared a behind-the-scenes photo of creating the sequin design on Instagram .
And on May 12, yet another Ashish Gupta shirt was added to the mix. This one very fittingly read, "I Knew You Were Trouble" from the song of the same name.
Taylor Swift's Yellow Alberta Ferretti Dress
As she combined Folklore and Evermore into one set, Swift donned a dress fitting of the merge, a custom Alberta Ferretti gown. Just as the singer noted the sister albums represent spring/summer and fall/winter, Swift wore a bright yellow gown that could pass as either a summer or fall dress.
Taylor Swift's Custom Alberta Ferretti Dress
On May 10, Swift swapped out her yellow Alberta Ferretti dress for a red version during the Folkmore set. The dreamy dress featured trumpet sleeves, a plunging neckline and mesh illusion detailing.
Taylor Swift's Vivienne Westwood Dress and Christian Louboutin Boots
For her standout performance of the Tortured Poets Department album, Swift wore a custom Vivienne Westwood dress with white leather lace-up ankle boots by Christian Louboutin. The gown, which Swift later took off for a quick costume change (into another Vivienne Westwood look) as she performed "I Can Do It with a Broken Heart," featured the lyrics, "I love you, it's ruining my life," from her song " Fortnight " with Post Malone .
Taylor Swift's Vivienne Westwood Dress
Swift switched out her beloved Tortured Poets Department dress during night one in Milan on July 13. The custom-made Vivienne Westwood corset dress for this show featured lyrics on the skirt for her song "Who's Afraid of Little Old Me?" — in black crystals. This was a new style from the previous creation of the dress. Her white gloves also got an upgrade with crystal embellishment.
Taylor Swift's Vivienne Westwood Bra Top, Hot Pants and Tailcoat
For the May 11 show, Swift wore a silver version of the tailcoat over her black sparkly bra top and hot pants.
And for the May 12 show, she went all white (save for the sparkly black lapels on the tailcoat).
Taylor Swift's Roberto Cavalli Two-Piece Set and Christian Louboutin Boots
Swift went back to basics as she donned a two-piece set from Roberto Cavalli, including a sequined pink crop top and blue skater skirt reminiscent of the ones she wore during the 1989 World Tour in 2015. She completed the look with mismatched Christian Louboutin boots.
For the May 10 show, her Roberto Cavalli two-piece set was an orange and purple colorway.
On May 11, Swift's Roberto Cavalli top was a bright emerald green and her skater skirt was a fun bubblegum pink shade.
For the fourth show on May 12, Swift switched up the colors again for her Roberto Cavalli set, this time wearing Kansas City Chiefs colors while Travis Kelce was in the crowd . It also happened to be the 87th show of the tour (a nod to his #87). She again wore mismatched Christian Louboutin boots.

In Sweden on May 17, Swift switched up the colors again, matching the gold top with the teal bottom.
Pedro Gomes/TAS24/Getty Images for TAS Rights Management
For her May 24 show in Lisbon, Portugal, Swift went full Ariel in The Little Mermaid with this colorway. She opted for purple on top and teal on the bottom.
Taylor Swift's Pink Acoustic Set Dress
As Swift sang her surprise songs during the acoustic set, she wore a new pink halter dress, featuring a darker pink color along the waist. With her brown guitar in hand, the outfit certainly bore a striking resemblance to the sundresses Swift previously donned during her debut era.
Taylor Swift's Orange Acoustic Set Dress
For the May 11 show, Swift burned bright like the sunset in an orange version of the dress for her acoustic set. The dreamy ruffles floated around her while she strummed on her guitar.
Taylor Swift's Blue Acoustic Set Dress
She rounded out the monochromatic dress set on May 12 with a blue version. The dress featured an ombré effect and a voluminous skirt that offered the perfect swirl when she moved.
Taylor Swift's Zuhair Murad Couture Bodysuit
For her final set, the Midnights era, Swift once again opted for a Zuhair Murad bodysuit. This one featured some new detailing including cutouts on her waist and a darker hue of blue.
Taylor Swift's Fringe Dress
Swift brought out another new fringe dress on May 11, this one a silver look. She wore it with her silver Christian Louboutin boots.
Taylor Swift's Reem Acra Gown
The Speak Now ballgown has been a focal point of the Eras Tour since the beginning, and Swift has worn several versions. On May 12 she debuted yet another, this one a custom Reem Acra confection in a soft lavender colorway.

Taylor Swift kicked off her much-awaited The Eras tour at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Ariz. on Friday night (March 17) and she did not disappoint. The pop superstar performed for a whopping 3 hours and 15 minutes, playing songs from all 10 of her studio albums for an incredible career retrospective.
“Tonight, we’re going to be going on an adventure, one era at a time!” Swift announced a few songs into the show, before showcasing a staggering 44-song setlist of major hits and deep cuts.
Of course, looking back on Swift’s nearly two decade-long career would not be possible without capturing her evolving looks throughout the years. The 32-year-old star channeled Fearless with a sequined, fringe-lined dress and Speak Now with long flowing gowns. She later opted for colorful crop tops for 1989 and a sexy black cut-out catsuit for Reputation . She brought her cottagecore fantasies to life for Evermore and Folklore , before celebrating her most recent release, Midnights , with blue sparkling dresses.
We’ve compiled all of Swift’s looks from night one of The Eras tour, which you can check out below.
Swift’s pink-toned Lover era was complete with a Versace bodysuit and knee-high Christian Louboutin boots.
She kept the Louboutin boots going, this time in a sleek silver color, paired with a Versace blazer.
To celebrate Fearless , Swift brought back her sparkling gold fringe mini-dress courtesy of Roberto Cavalli, paired with the knee-high Christian Louboutin boots.
For Evermore , Swift opted for a mustard orange Etro dress with delicate embroidery, along with a matching cape and Christian Louboutin boots.
Swift made a statement with her Reputation album, and channeled that with a Roberto Cavalli catsuit featuring a leg and arm cut-out, complete with Roberto Cavalli boots.
If you’ve seen the “22” music video, you’ll recognize this iconic outfit, made by Ashish.
We were enchanted to see Swift in this Nicole + Felicia princess gown.
To capture the woodsy feel of Folklore, Swift opted for a flowing purple Alberta Ferretti dress.
For the 1989 era, Swift’s Roberto Cavalli two-piece set and Christian Louboutin boots were the perfect look to shake, shake, shake, shake it off in.
For the acoustic portion of the night, Swift stunned in a magenta Jessica Jones dress.
Swift had fans meeting her at midnight with an Oscar de la Renta faux fur coat and crystal t-shirt.
When she took off her faux fur coast, Swift’s Oscar de la Renta t-shirt shined along with her Christian Louboutin boots.
Oscar de la Renta completed his Midnights looks with a stunning navy blue bodysuit, which Swift paired with Christian Louboutin boots.

Taylor Swift Debuts New Eras Tour Outfits for Every Album Except 'Reputation'
Is this an Easter egg—or just a sign that she loves her Roberto Cavalli jumpsuit?
Taylor Swift 's Eras Tour is back, but not quite how Swifties remember it. On Thursday, May 9, at the la Défense Arena in Paris, France, Swift returned from a two-month break to kick off the European leg of the tour with a remixed setlist and fresh outfits styled by Joseph Cassell to go with it. But the biggest surprise wasn't the update to each segment's costume, or even The Tortured Poets Department' s arrival on the lineup. It was the one outfit Swift left off the glow-up list.
While Taylor Swift debuted a custom Vivienne Westwood dress for her TPD set and performed in upgraded costumes for her other nine albums, she didn't make a single alteration to her Reputation look. For her fan-favorite sixth album, she remained in the exact same outfit she's worn for the entire tour: a Roberto Cavalli jumpsuit embellished with red, beaded snakes.
The only unchanged look in Taylor Swift's setlist? The black, snake-embellished bodysuit Swift has worn for the Reputation set on every top of the tour.
Reputation has long been rumored to be next on Swift's list of albums to re-record as part of her "Taylor's Version" project. Singling out the era as the only one without a fresh costume could be a sign that the updated album is on the way—or that fans should simply pay close attention it. Of course, it might not be deeper than Swift already feeling her best performing "Delicate" and "Look What You Made Me Do" in the original costume. But as the only unaltered look in a three-hour show filled with costume changes, it stands out.
There was more style news unfolding on the Eras Tour stage last night. Swift brought her Tortured Poets Department era fashion out in a custom Vivienne Westwood gown. The piece featured a structured corset and snippets of Swift's "Fortnight" lyrics all over the skirt. Later in the show, she layers a military jacket with tasseled sleeves over the top; to close the set, she sheds the dress entirely for a sparkly black bra and hot pants set underneath.
Swift performs her new setlist for The Tortured Poets Department in a custom Vivienne Westwood gown and Victorian Christian Louboutin boots.
Otherwise, Swift moved through her modified setlist in slight adjustments to the outfits she's worn throughout the tour. For the show-opener Lover , she twirled onstage in a variation of the same custom Versace bodysuit and necklace worn for past stops on the tour. But this time, they were cast in a sunset-like combination of pink and orange sequins. Coordinating ombré boots by Christian Louboutin finished the look.
Afterward, Swift quick-changed into a fringed Naeem Khan mini dress for the Fearless era. The new piece closely resembled a piece she wore on the original Fearless tour, with a mix of silver and gold tinsel.
Taylor Swift opened the European leg of The Eras Tour in the fifth variation of her Lover era bodysuit and boots.
She then changed into a Naeem Khan dress referencing her original Fearless costumes from the late-2000s.
For Red, Speak Now, and the new, combined setlist for Folklore and Evermore , Swift also modified the pieces she's worn on past stops. She starts the Red set in a custom Ashish shirt that snaps off into a sequined ombré romper by the designer, both updated with a new slogan and new silhouette. Speak Now came with a lavender ballgown coated in crystal detailing by Reem Acra; Folklore and Evermore shared a fifth version of the tiered, ethereal Alberta Ferretti dress she's worn on past stops.

Swift's new Red shirt calls out the difference between her original and re-recorded tracks.
For Folklore and Evermore, Swift performed in a buttery yellow dress by Alberta Ferretti.
Those weren't the end of Swift's marathon outfit changes. She also debuted an aquamarine and flamingo pink Roberto Cavalli skirt set for 1989, plus a fringed Zuhair Murad bodysuit with a keyhole cutout for Midnights. Each one was paired with custom Louboutins.
She also debuted new looks for her acoustic set, ombré high-low Roberto Cavalli halter gowns with coordinating shoes.
There's still time for Swift to introduce a fresh look for Reputation. Currently, she's on a multi-night stop in Paris, followed by weeks of back-to-back shows for the European leg of the tour. Whether the Reputation outfit is a clue for something bigger remains to be seen—at press time, she has not unveiled a new Reputation look for any night on the Paris leg (May 10, and 11). But as most things go with Swift, no one knows until she's ready to make her grand reveal.
This post has been updated to include further outfit details.

Taylor swift’s eras tour outfits: see her looks from opening night.
She can still make the whole place shimmer.
Taylor Swift kicked off her long-awaited Eras Tour Friday at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Ariz, a show she previously described on Instagram as “a journey through the musical eras of my career (past and present!).”
And in addition to serenading lucky ticket holders with her greatest hits from each of her past albums , the pop superstar paid homage to memorable looks from her many style eras through the years.
Swift started the show by performing “Lover” standouts like “Miss Americana & The Heartbreak Prince” and “Cruel Summer,” clad in an Atelier Versace bodysuit and Christian Louboutin boots bedazzled with pastel-colored crystals befitting the album’s synth-pop sweetness.
Next, Swift performed a trio of hits from “Fearless,” including the titular track along with “Love Story” and “You Belong With Me.”
Her gold fringed flapper dress by Roberto Cavalli should look familiar to fans of the songstress’ earlier eras, as it’s nearly identical to the one from the same label she wore during her “Speak Now” tour in 2011.
The only change? In place of her once-signature ringlets, Swift wore her hair in a sleek blowout.
“Evermore” called for a suitably “cottagecore” costume change, with Swift donning a flowing marigold chiffon corset gown from Etro to sing songs including “‘Tis the Damn Season” and “Champagne Problems.”
She even added a forest green velvet cloak, also by Etro, for “Willow,” mirroring her look from that track’s music video.
Before treating the crowd to tunes from her darker, edgier “Reputation” era, the superstar slipped into an asymmetrical Roberto Cavalli bodysuit adorned with a sparkling red snake — a new and improved version of a similar single-sleeved style she wore during her 2018 tour in support of that album.
While Swift didn’t dedicate much of her set list to her “Speak Now” era, she opted for another quick change before segueing into “Enchanted.”
And the gilded Nicole + Felicia Couture ballgown she wore to perform the romantic track was a dead ringer for the sequined, full-skirted Valentino dress she wore while touring her third studio album in 2011.
Next up was a trip to Swift’s “Red” era, with the musician re-creating her look from her “22” music video nearly note for note, down to the black brimmed hat (this time around designed by Gladys Tamez).
Eagled-eyed fans were quick to spot, however, that she’d changed the message on her sequined tee.
While the original read, “Not a lot going on at the moment,” Swift fittingly nixed the phrase’s first word this time around.
To sing her 10-minute version of fan favorite “All Too Well,” Swift chose in a scarlet-and-black ombré sequined coat, a minimalist take on the iconic ringleader costume she wore during her 2013 “Red” tour.
She layered the look over a matching bodysuit, which she wore solo to perform “I Knew You Were Trouble.”
For the “Folklore” portion of her show, Swift wore a lovely custom lavender Alberta Ferretti gown featuring fluttery sleeves, a plunging neckline and lacy details.
In a statement shared with Page Six Style, the designer confirmed she will be creating a “selection” of different looks for the Eras Tour.
I’m honored that she asked me to design dresses for this special occasion. I have always been fascinated by women who constantly question and challenge themselves and Taylor, with her work, has demonstrated to be a multifaceted artist, able to constantly transform and evolve,” Ferretti said.
“Thinking about these stage dresses for her also pushed me to reflect on my career milestones and I think what we have created reflects this journey where the key elements of my style stand out: lightness, femininity, romance, attention to detail and a delicate, gentle seduction.”
“1989” time! To belt out “Style,” “Blank Space,” “Shake It Off,” “Wildest Dreams” and “Bad Blood” from her bestselling 2014 album, Swift wore an all-over embellished two-piece set by Roberto Cavalli in a rich fuchsia hue.
The matching crop-top-and-skirt combo was strikingly similar to the Lorena Sarbu sets she sported while touring the album, which came in a slew of different shades.
Swift ended her set with a selection of songs from her most recent album, 2022’s “Midnights.”
While performing opening track “Lavender Haze,” she nodded to the tune’s music video with a shaggy Oscar de la Renta coat in the titular hue, which she layered atop a sequined T-shirt dress she later wore solo to sing “Anti-Hero.”
Swift closed out the show in shimmery, shiny fashion, rocking another beaded bodysuit — this time designed by Oscar de la Renta in “Midnights” blue — to perform “Midnight Rain,” “Vigilante S—t,” “Bejeweled” and “Mastermind” before ending the show with “Karma.”
Fans will likely appreciate the parallels between Swift’s sparkling suit and her gem-encrusted “Bejeweled” music video getup.
Last September, Page Six broke the news that Swift had a giant stadium tour in the works .
“Taylor has some really ambitious plans in place,” an insider teased at the time. “She’s excited to get back on the road after such a long but fruitful break.”
This marks Swift’s first tour since 2018, when she played a series of stadiums in support of her album “Reputation” — and for fans who’ve waited five long years to see their pop idol live again, her opening night delivered in terms of both set list and style.

Every Outfit Change from Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour
She never goes out of style.
It all kicked off in Glendale, Arizona, last night, and Taylor Swift ‘s Eras Tour outfits did not disappoint.
Ceremoniously renamed “Swift City” for Friday and Saturday, the city of Glendale was treated to the opening night of the singer’s highly-anticipated 2023 tour. Having already broken records with ticket sales — selling 2.4 million tickets in a single day — Swifties were treated to a 44-song set list, complete with a plethora of bedazzling outfit changes to set the tone.
Swift didn’t take her fans through her 10 albums chronologically, though. Instead, she opted to mix up her “eras,” beginning with the 2019 album Lover and then going into 2020’s Evermore . Reputation came next, followed by a brief dip into Speak Now before seamlessly transitioning into Red , Folklore and 1989 . “Tim McGraw,” a song from her first, self-titled album, featured as it does in all of her tours.
The 33-year-old then ended the night with Midnights , her most recent release to bring it back to the now. As much as her endurance and dedication cannot be overlooked, it was the outfit changes that really punctuated each chapter of the show. Sporting custom designs from the likes of Versace , Roberto Cavalli, Alberta Ferretti and Oscar de la Renta , Swift proved that she knows the power of fashion all too well. Each look was thoughtfully crafted, nodding to her past eras with a renewed appreciation.
See all the glittering looks from the first nights of the Eras Tour below.
Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour Outfit Changes
Swift began with hits from her Lover album while wearing this thematic bedazzled bodysuit by Versace.
But for “The Man,” she played on business-chic with a bedazzled Versace blazer and matching Christian Louboutin knee-high boots.
The boots stuck around for the Fearless era, but a glittering flapper mini dress was a homage to the Roberto Cavalli number she wore when initially touring the album.
Next up was Evermore , where she wore a Cottagecore-inspired Etro lace-up dress with golden embroidery for the folksy album.
Reputation called for something a little more daring. Swift made a statement in an asymmetrical black body suit with red snake detailing by Roberto Cavalli, a tongue-in-cheek reference to the feuds that inspired much of the album.
Though the only song Swift performed from Speak Now was “Enchanted,” the Cinderella-esque ball gown by Nicole + Felicia that she floated out captured the audience.
The next night’s Zuhair Murad had a similar breathtaking effect.
The iconic bowler hat from her video clip was brought back for “22” to kick off the Red era.
But she pulled out something special for the 10-minute version of “All Too Well” — a sparkling red trench coat that matched her guitar.
Her Folkore look was a little more pared back, just like the album. Wearing a mauve-hued sheer gown with ruffles and wide sleeves by Alberta Ferretti, the bohemian dress moved beautifully with her on stage and matched the mossy backdrop.
For the next evening, she switched it up with this white ethereal Alberta Ferretti dress.
For 1989 , Swift pulled out this magenta two-piece set with fringing that worked great for the dance numbers.
Still in 1989 ‘s color palette, she wore a magenta ruffled dress for an acoustic performance of “Mirrorball” and “Tim McGraw.”
The Midnights portion of the evening began with the song “Lavender Haze,” so, naturally, the singer donned a lavender faux fur coat by Oscar de la Renta over a sparkly mini dress.
Before changing into this Burlesque-style navy blue bodysuit by Oscar de la Renta and matching Louboutin knee-high boots.
