Your Ticket Explained
- Tickets for this event will be mobile tickets, accessed through the Ticketmaster App or by opening Ticketmaster.co.nz using your mobile browser. Follow these step by step instructions to access your mobile tickets . Please download your tickets ahead of time to speed up your entry into the show. Your tickets will not be emailed to you or available to print at home
- Taking or using a screenshot of your ticket(s) is not permitted for this event and will not be valid for entry.
- Bags larger than 30cm x 30cm will not be allowed in so if you want to avoid extra queues, leave your large handbags and backpacks at home. Any bags larger than this size will be cloaked prior to entry to the venue.
- We ask people attending the show to arrive early and please be patient as we go through our security procedures prior to entry to the building.
- We are a smoke free and vape free venue by law . For everyone to enjoy our events, any attendees smoking or vaping inside will be escorted out of the venue without the possibility of re-entering. There will be designated smoking/vaping areas outside the building where pass outs will be permitted (e.g. you will be allowed to leave the venue and re-enter).

- Our easy to grab and eat food is available on both levels of the arena.

- Bottles of any kind are not allowed into the Arena for this show. We have a range of drinks for sale and free water stations available on both levels of the Arena to keep you hydrated.

Camera Policy
No professional cameras or extendable lenses are allowed but you can bring a pocket-sized instamatic camera.
Please leave iPads and other large tablets/devices at home - the light from these screens is an annoying distraction to those around you.
We also ask that you please leave tripods and selfie sticks at home.
Basically, if your camera is a point and shoot that fits into your jeans pocket, you will be fine.

Alcohol Policy
The city bylaws are that no alcohol is to be consumed on the streets within Auckland CBD this is pretty strictly enforced by Auckland Police. The law of the land states that if you arrive at the arena intoxicated we can't let you in. If you show signs of intoxication at Spark Arena, then you will be asked to leave. In the exact words of the law "The licensee or a manager of any licensed premises who allows an intoxicated person to be or remain on the licensed premises commits an offence". This is not something we want to happen, so help us out and ease off the drink.

To the delight of small people everywhere, The Wiggles are returning to New Zealand for a tour later this year.
Anthony, Tsehay, Simon, Lachy, along with support crew Evie, John, Caterina and Lucia and popular characters like Captain Feathersword will perform in Auckand, Hamilton, Napier, Palmerston North, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin.
Tickets go on sale on March 29 .

- This was the first tour since 1997 to have one or more of the band members physically perform as a Wiggly Friend .
- During the Canadian leg of the tour, Lucia Field was absent during the Kingston show and Simon Pryce was absent during the Brandon and Saskatoon shows due to a sore throat.

The Wiggles taking Groove Tour around New Zealand this September-October
The Wiggles are returning to New Zealand for shows in Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington and Hamilton in late September and early October.
The Australian band was last in Aotearoa in August last year with their Hello! We're The Wiggles tour.
This year, the children's favourites will return with The Wiggle Groove Tour, promising classics like 'Fruit Salad', 'Hot Potato', 'Rock-A-Bye Your Bear' and exciting new tunes that will have your "toes tapping and hands clapping".

As was the case in their last few visits to New Zealand, The Wiggles will be performing without Emma the Yellow Wiggles, but rather Tsehay in her place.
The current line-up consists of Anthony Field, Lachlan Gillespie, Simon Pryce, Tsehay Hawkins, Evie Ferris, John Pearce, Caterina Mete and Lucia Field.
Other characters set to join them on New Zealand stages include Captain Feathersword, Dorothy the Dinosaur, Wags the Dog, Henry the Octopus and Shirley Shawn the Unicorn.
