I do not recommend or at least I wouldn't recommend the Appleton location. Last yr. My mom used them for trip to Punta cana and it's like they don't actually do much work. The resort we went to for Punta cana was nice but my husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon so it would of been nice to have had some special things planned for us and there was nothing. Well, let's take it down a magical path of a travel trip that never happened with this group. Initially started with a phone call to a very nice travel agent, was on the phone for approximately 45 minutes giving her all the information that I was looking for. Before you get too hostile and say I was too limiting I was grossly open in the vacation I was looking for stating anything south of Florida anything north or South America. That's pretty damn opening in my mind. I was promised I'd hear something in the next 2 to 3 days as far as trips go. Heard nothing in the next six days called, no answer left a message. It was Thanksgiving I do understand so I didn't hear anything for another five days. Now we're at approximately 11 days when I was promised two days. Finally got a reply saying I will get something to you by the end of today. Today came today left it was eventually four more days before I got an apology that she was too busy from other clients who are coming in and will get to me soon. I finally got something approximately two weeks after we initially started this. No the information given was quite nice and some of the vacations the pure lack of any customer service and failing to fulfill any promise of time frames gives you a one star rating. And I'm going with a different agency and got back to me that day and then stayed in contact with me numerous days. If you're going on a trip especially outside the country do you want an agent who will actually take your phone call not someone that lets you get stuck and say Mexico or the Bahamas with no one to call. Would not recommend this agency to anybody unless you like traveling alone.

be careful and read all of your paper work carefully. I was sold a hotel stay in cancun at a really nice hotel but when i got there i was switched to a cheaper hotel. Fow world booked me at a different hotel without telling me and would not honor the original purchase. I feel the bait and switch to their customers
