Hey Guys, Good Evening . My Bluetooth has been working perfectly fine until tonight when I start the ride my bluetooth doesnt sync I go check and I select bluetooth and all I get is Uconnect handsfree system loading and it wont go away turn off ride wait 10min try again same thing

One of the possible codes is: B2223-00- (HFM) HANDS FREE PHONE INTERNAL. Replacing will require a PROXI alignment. If you don't do the PROXI, your cluster will light up like a Christmas tree. The alfaOBD app and the OBDLink MX bluetooth dongle will let you get the codes and do the PROXI.

When I got to the phone icon to try to set up the bluetooth connection to my android phone the screen says "Hands Free System Loading Please Wait..." and never changes.

The fix is listed as "replaced the hands free module". Part 68222278-AA , replaced under warranty, and they had one in stock. Everything working as it used to. So, at least on the 2012, this module can be replaced without replacing the entire receiver. 2012 300C 5.7L HEMI AWD Luxury Edition.

One tip: remove that trim panel under the steering wheel, and you can reach your cellphone in there, and snap a picture of the part# label on the module, to make 100% sure you order the correct module. In my case, there were two different modules for cars with/without NAV. The module is gonna cost you about $500.

Now I've got the screen displaying "Hands-Free System Loading. Please Wait". This has happened three times. Disconnecting the negative battery terminal clears it, but only temporarily.

Repeated Failure of the hands free module. I'm writing today inquiring about the possible root causes/reasons for the failure of the HFM. A couple of months ago I had my original factory installed HFM dead with the "Hand free system loading" message. Took it to dealer and who informed me that the HFM is dead and needs to be replaced.
