Easier than booking direct!! Super-helpful team.

I use Kenwood where possible for long haul holidays as they seem to have the greatest flexibility when choosing flights, especially if you want to upgrade one way but not both. You can also usually find direct flights that don't show up on Virgin or BA's site direct. If you have to call them for help, they're on the ball and super friendly. Zeb sorted my seat query in seconds today.

I thought that I was booking with couples negril direct, but seem to have booked through kenwood travel? Also when I phoned up to get the best price I was quoted hundreds of pounds more?

Really easy to use website with dates/ prices shown for the month. After booking the agent was in contact to explain that the room booking is upon request so could take up to 49 hours. Said that if we needed anything else to contact her. Really lovely experience from start to confirmation received.

This is my second experience booking with Kenwood Travel. Found them very helpful and explained all the package deal in detail.

Easy to book via website & phone

Easy to use website which gave clear info. I called and spoke to an agent as I was having difficulty putting my discount code into the booking. The agent quickly took the details of the required holiday, checked availability with the hotel and called me back within 20 mins. The booking was quickly completed and all of the confirmation emails came through within 30 mins. Very helpful and efficient. Would definitely use Kenwood again based on this experience.

Price went up from quote to booking

Price went up by £31/ per person from quote to booking. Felt the price would go up further so I booked. 2 days later the price was £229 cheaper than the original quote and couldn’t be matched, more disappointed with myself then Kenwood. Wish there was a cooling off period so wouldn’t lose deposit

It is always difficult to ascertain when to book and we always advise based on getting the availability as prices can fluctuate at anytime, either more expensive and at times with slight reduction. The reason to use Kenwood - Lai is incredible

In a time when anyone can book holidays, there may be a question as to why you would use an agency such as Kenwood. However, my recent experience made it clear why - with less than 24 hours, the airline carrier changed the schedule, which would have prevented us from transferring to our final destination. I emailed Lai, and she was on it - she worked with her contacts to sort out the problem and get us reconfirmed on a different carrier. Lai is a real asset to Kenwood - she listens to what her customers want and designs a suitable holiday. Then, on rare occasions where problems arise, she sorts it out professionally and quickly. As a result of this experience, I will book all future holidays with Lai at Kenwood.

I didn’t like that I gave all our names…

I didn’t like that I gave all our names and told you that there was a wrong second name when I checked them was charged £50 just to change a 2nd name I’m still in the 30 day cooling of period when I could cancel the whole thing not inpressed

Hi Mr Easton We are sorry you are left feeling disappointed with the charge, however, in order to correct the surname with the airline and resort , we have been charged, as you gave us the name incorrectly, we have passed this cost on to you. The flight with the airline was booked instantly and it is after we became aware of the name correction. For travel holidays there is no cooling off period and from offset we have commitment with our suppliers, thus if you were to cancel this would be at our normal terms and conditions. A great Disney booking experience

A lovely, non pushy specialist to speak to. Great prices and an easy process. We always book holidays independently and rarely use agents but Kenwood Travel was a better price and I’m glad we did due to the agent’s expertise and patience. Disneyland Florida is a bit of a minefield with the variety of hotels and different prices/meal plans. But the agent explained everything really clearly and we got a great deal.

Had a nightmare getting exactly the holiday I wanted so did some e mailing direct to resort in jamaica sorted it then booked through kenwood 😁 couldn’t thank Aaron enough having cards declined and taking him way over his finish time to sort it. Great service and unbeatable value for money

Easier than booking direct!! Super-helpful team.

I use Kenwood where possible for long haul holidays as they seem to have the greatest flexibility when choosing flights, especially if you want to upgrade one way but not both. You can also usually find direct flights that don't show up on Virgin or BA's site direct. If you have to call them for help, they're on the ball and super friendly. Zeb sorted my seat query in seconds today.

Fantastic support throughout.

Booking our Honeymoon for August 2025. The level of service and support I/we have received from Carole is extraordinary. Nothing has been too much trouble. Even when I mislay emails, Carole has always rung me back and pointed me in the right direction to the email or simply resent what I may have lost by accident. I thought that I was booking with couples negril direct, but seem to have booked through kenwood travel? Also when I phoned up to get the best price I was quoted hundreds of pounds more?

Great booking experience

Really easy to use website with dates/ prices shown for the month. After booking the agent was in contact to explain that the room booking is upon request so could take up to 49 hours. Said that if we needed anything else to contact her. Really lovely experience from start to confirmation received.

This is my second experience booking with Kenwood Travel. Found them very helpful and explained all the package deal in detail.

Easy to book via website & phone

Easy to use website which gave clear info. I called and spoke to an agent as I was having difficulty putting my discount code into the booking. The agent quickly took the details of the required holiday, checked availability with the hotel and called me back within 20 mins. The booking was quickly completed and all of the confirmation emails came through within 30 mins. Very helpful and efficient. Would definitely use Kenwood again based on this experience.
