Port Kelang, also known as Port Klang, is Malaysia's principal port and one of the busiest ports in Southeast Asia. Thanks to its location, on the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia, it serves as a major gateway for international trade. It connects trade routes between the Far East, Europe, and the Americas. The port was officially opened in 1901 to cater to the booming tin mining industry in the region. Vaccine Requirement

All international (non Singapore residents) guests above 12 years of age (13 years & older) will need to present proof of full vaccination at the terminal in order to sail. Full vaccination requires that guests have all doses of their COVID-19 vaccine completed no less than 14 days prior to sailing. Click here for vaccination requirements for entry.

Testing Requirements

All Guests: Required Pre-Cruise Testing in Singapore or Malaysia, Tests must be supervised with the result provided on a certificate which includes the guest’s name and date of birth and must show a negative result for antigen test (RTK/ART) taken no more than ONE day before boarding day.

Online Check-in Online-check-in is mandatory! It will be available on 30 days prior to their departure date.

Going ashore Download the MySejahtera App:  All guests planning to go ashore in Malaysia must download, register and activate the  MySejahtera App  and complete the pre-departure form. Once the form is complete, you’ll receive the Blue Travelers Card in the app which must be shown on boarding day in order to debark in Malaysia. Click  here  for more information. Upon successful completion of the pre-departure form in the app, guests will receive a Blue Travelers Card to present for disembarkation in Malaysia.

1. Amendment of reservation is considered a cancellation and the necessary fees as per above will still apply on top of the new fare.

4.Infant & Minor Policy

Infants sailing on a cruise must be at least 6 months old as of the first day of the cruise and/or Cruise Tour. For transatlantic, transpacific, Hawaii, cruises with 2 consecutive sea days, select South American and other selected cruises and/or Cruise Tour, the infant must be at least 12 months old as of the first day of the cruise/ Cruise Tour.

Guests who are 21 or older may book a cruise however no guest under the age of 21 will be booked in stateroom unless accompanied by an adult 21 years or older. This age limit will be waived for underage married couples (proof of marriage is required at check-in) or minor children sailing with their parents or guardians in adjacent staterooms.

Minors aged 17 or under at the start of the sailing must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.  Minors traveling with their parents or legal guardians must be booked in a stateroom physically adjacent (directly next door, or directly across the hall) to their parents or legal guardians. Adults who are not the parent or legal guardian of any minor child traveling  with them  are required  to present  the child ’s valid  passport  and applicable visa (or certified copy of the child’s birth certificate) and an original affirmed or notarized letter signed by at least one of the child’s parents/ legal guardians.

The notarized letter must authorized the traveling adult to take the minor/s on the specified cruise and must authorize the traveling adult to supervise the child and permit any medical treatment that must be administered to the child which in the opinion of the treating doctor needs to be carried out without any delay.

A letter can be affirmed or notarized by the solicitor, notary or commissioner for oaths for an applicable fee. If such evidence is not produced, the minor(s) concerned will not be permitted to board the ship or undertake the cruise.

5. Pregnancy Policy

All pregnant guests are required to declare their condition upon booking. If pregnant guests have entered, or will be entering, their 24th week as of sailing period, they will not be allowed to board the ship to take the cruise.

A physician’s fit to Travel note stating that they are in good health, not a high risk pregnancy, and not entering the 24th week during the cruise duration is required for all pregnant guests. No refund or compensation will be given in the event of cancellation due to pregnancy.

6. Passport & Visa Requirements

It is the sole responsibility of the guest to identify and obtain all required visas and travel documents and have them available before the sail date of the cruise. These appropriate valid travel documents such as passports, visas, inoculation certificate and family legal documents are required for boarding and re-entry into the United States and other countries. All passports must have a 6 months validity as at the end of the sailing period.

Guests who do not possess the proper documentation may be prevented from boarding their flight or ship or from entering a country and may be subject to fines. No refund or compensation will be given to individuals who fail to abide with the required travel documents.

Singapore citizens traveling to:

• USA are required to complete Visa Waiver form via https://esta.cbp.dhs. gov prior to entry to the US.
• Australia are required to apply for an Australia visa via the Electronic Travel Authority prior to entry to Australia. Please visit www.immi.gov.au to check your eligibility for these services.

For China citizens boarding an Asian sailing:

All Chinese Passport holders will not be allowed to sail on a itinerary with 2 consecutive Chinese ports as per China Customs regulations.  Entry Permit (EEP) is required for Chinese guest entering Hong Kong.

All guidelines provided are subject to current immigration laws of various countries and are subject to change, at any time without prior notice. We strongly recommend that all guests verify visa information with the Embassies/Consulates of the countries they are visiting and to obtain all visas in advance.

All booking transactions will be in Singapore dollars if done by our shore side office in Singapore. However the currency used onboard for all our ships is US Dollars.

Your credit card company or issuing bank may impose a cross border fee for credit card transaction and this fee will be borne by the cardholder .

Once a credit card transaction is approved, we will not be able to void the transaction.

Final Payment

It is the guest responsibility to monitor the final payment deadline and arrange the necessary payment by contacting us on or before the final payment date associated with the booking. If no call was received from the guest to provide further payment instruction, the final payment will be automatically charged to the same card given on the deposit. There will be no reminder in the form of calls or emails.

8. Adding of guest

We reserve the rights to review and give approval for request of adding 3rd and/or 4th guest to a cabin. This is to avoid exceeding the safety limitation of the vessel.

The addition of guest will be charged based on the prevailing rate and is subject to real time availability. There may be cases where the booking needs to be changed to another cabin/category if the capacity of the cabin/category booked does not allow addition of guests. In such instances the entire booking will need to be re-priced on the prevailing rate.

9. Casino Operations

For itineraries calling into Japan, the casino will not be operate when the ship is traveling between Japanese ports or is still in Japanese waters due to custom regulation.

Please Note:

• Check-in will close 2 hours prior to the scheduled sailing time. Guests whom arrive late will be denied boarding.
• Please provide us with the exact name as printed on your passport and please check your invoice to ensure that the names are entered correctly. We regret that we will not be able to check you in if the name differs.

Star Cruise Penang: Aktiviti dan Pengalaman Mewah Menarik

Star Cruise Penang menjadi percutian idaman ramai. Percutian mewah di atas kapal mewah memberikan satu percutian yang unik, eksklusif dan pengalaman yang menarik.

Pada masa kini, lebih ramai yang terdedah dengan konsep percutian ini. Tambahan pula, harga untuk percutian di atas kapal mewah ini lebih berbaloi dan mampu dimiliki oleh ramai orang.

Sebelum ini, Star Cruise Penang boleh dinaiki di Pulau Pinang dengan perjalanan bermula di Penang menuju ke Langkawi dan kembali ke Penang. Kapal yang biasa berlabuh di sini semestinya kapal terkenal iaitu Star Cruise Pisces yang berasal dari Hong Kong. Namun perkhidmatan kapal ini telah dihentikan dan telah dilupuskan.

Namun jangan risau, masih ada cruise yang akan singgah di Penang iaitu Genting Dream Cruise. Kapal ini akan bermula pelayarannya di Port Klang dan menuju ke Singapore selama empat hari tiga malam. Jom teroka percutian mewah di atas cruise eksklusif yang dikongsikan oleh Shahirah Sheikh Alwi di Facebook.

Pakej Percutian

Assalamualaikum. Disebabkan ramai yang bertanya tentang cruise di sini saya nak berkongsi harga tiket dan itinerary. Sesiapa ada plan untuk naik cruise bolehlah ambil ni sebagai rujukan.

Trip yang kami ambil 4 hari 3malam (Port Klang – Penang – Singapore – Port Klang) menggunakan Genting Dream Cruise Malaysia. Percutian ini naik dari Port Klang dan cruise yang halal.

Pakej yang kami ambil ini berdasarkan jenis bilik yang kita pilih.  Tak silap saya ada 8 jenis bilik. Bilik dan pakej yang saya ambil harganya adalah RM1818 + RM 280 (port charge) untuk dewasa. RM 909 + RM 280 (port charge) untuk kanak-kanak. Tapi ini bukan full payment lagi sebab ada gratuity fee SGD 63 seorang sepanjang pelayaran. Ini kira macam tips la untuk diorang sepanjang kita kat atas kapal tu.

Ada banyak jenis cabin dan setiap cabin berlainan harganya. Cabin yang kami pilih adalah cabin Balcony Deluxe Stateroom dan harganya mahal sedikit sebab ada balkoni tetapi sangat berbaloi. Boleh duduk di balkoni tengok cruise bergerak meredah lautan ditemani lagu Titanic.

Satu pengalaman yang berharga sangat-sangat. Yang penting anak-anak seronok. Setiap masa intai nak tengok cruise bergerak ke tak. Oh lagi satu, harga berubah-berubah dari low season , mid season dan peak season . Yang kami rasanya mid season sebab tu agak mahal.

Bilik yang kami ambil tu memuatkan 3 hingga 4 orang. Harga untuk kanak-kanak tu ada less kalau tak silap. Saya survey harga ni berbulan-bulan lamanya dan buat research satu-satu. Boleh survey harga dekat web Genting Dream Cruise atau ejen cruise di Facebook atau Telegram.

Untuk trip 4 hari 3 malam kami ni, kapal kami mula belayar hari Isnin jam 4 pm. Check in di Port Klang Cruise Terminal. Check in start pukul 11.30 pagi dan last boarding pukul 2.30 ptg. Sebab nak beratur situ beratur sini, rushing sikitlah kalau ada anak kecik.

Oh lagi satu kalau pakej yang kita ambil ni ada ke luar negara wajib ye bawa passport. Dah masuk kapal,semua diberi kad akses. Dengan kad akses ni segala macam kita nak masuk atau nak beli kat atas kapal tu akan di caj atas kad ni. Kiranya sebelum check out nanti kena settle la segala bil.

Atas cruise ni ada restoran halal dan dah termasuk dalam pakej yang kita ambil. Sebenarnya ada banyak je restoran tapi yang lain tu kena bayarlah. Yang termasuk dalam pakej ada satu iaitu The Lido Restaurant. Restoran yang berasaskan buffet all you can eat.

Di restoran ini makan 3 kali sehari iaitu breakfast, lunch dan dinner. Restoran ni tak payah bayar just tap cabin card je. Apabila dah habis masa makan yang diberi akan ada waktu snacking sampai 2 pagi. Makanan yang disediakan best-best uiii. Macam-macam ada. Tak sempat lapar la cite dia. Yang paling penting Halal. Pastikan korang timbang berat badan dulu sebelum belayar, balik timbang semula. Hahahahahhahhaa.

Macam-macam boleh buat atas kapal ni. Ada show, pool, rock climbing, water slide, bowling, karaoke, aktiviti untuk kanak-kanak, gym dan sebagainya.

Setiap hari dia akan selit paper untuk aktiviti harian. Kat situ akan diberitahu apa aktiviti yang berlangsung semasa hari pelayaran kita. Setiap hari kita akan teruja untuk tahu apa yang menarik.

Kalau nak details, tanya je information counter tu. Krew akan bantu sampai la kita faham. Jangan lepaskan peluang untuk tengok show pada malam setiap hari. Ada dance show dan magic show, so datang awal sikit boleh duduk di depan. Yang ini anak-anak kami terlebih excited, tengok show dekat theater depan mata. Saya sampai terharu sebab mereka happy sangat.

Kemudahan Lain

• Internet on board

Ada wifi tetapi kena beli dan boleh call reception untuk tanya macam mana nak connect wifi. Yang ni guna kad akses juga. Enter nombor bilik kita nanti akan dicaj sebelum check out.

Untuk solat dia ada sediakan bilik untuk solat tetapi kami pilih untuk solat di dalam bilik. Cari kiblat kemudian solat macam biasa.

Seterika tak dibenarkan bawa. Kena bawa baju yang macam tak payah iron. Tapi kalau nak iron baju dia ada sediakan dan perlu bayar juga. Call je housekeeping lepastu dia akan datang bilik kita tanya berapa helai baju nak pressing then dia akan bagitahu harga kemudian akan dicaj dalam bil kita.

Lagi satu dia akan tanya kita nak pakai express ke tak. Kalau nak express kena caj 50% dari harga baju tu. Kalau tak nak boleh tapi esoknya akan siap baru dia hantar ke bilik. Jadi tipsnya bawa baju yang sudah iron atau sampai je di kabin terus call housekeeping untuk iron baju yang nak pakai sepanjang kat atas tu.

Untuk aktiviti setiap hari tu, kita refer je dekat paper yang dia bagi tu. Kebiasaannya sebelum pukul 8 malam dia dah selit di bilik kita. So kita boleh plan apa yang kita nak buat untuk esok hari. Rindu pulak rasa.

Untuk tour di darat pula iaitu Penang dan Singapore, kalau kita ikut tour yang cruise arrange, just alert dengar announcement dan ikut arahan. Di luar kapal mereka dah sediakan shuttle transport. Yang ni pun ada pakej dia. Just sediakan duit dan daftar dekat reception deck.

Kalau kita free and easy just tunggu cruise sampai di port, kutip passport then turunlah sendiri. Layanan diorang memang first class. Jangan takut untuk bertanya, even kita naik berselipar jepun pun, memang mereka layan baik dan sentiasa greet kita.

Jumlah Perbelanjaan

Duit belanja adalah bergantung kepada individu. Contoh jika nak beli jeruk di Penang, tour di Singapore, bawalah banyak duit. Mengikut bajet masing-masing okay?

Tapi pengalaman di atas cruise sangat-sangat la manis untuk kami kenangkan. Jadilah naik sekali seumur hidup mungkin. Best dapat rasa tidur macam terapung-apung. Lepastu terbayang macam dalam cerita Titanic. Setiap masa berdoa jangan la jadi apa-apa. 2 malam je laut macam gelora dengan hujan lebat. Hari lain Alhamdulillah cerah elok.

Genting Dream Cruise Cabin

One of the best resorts we’ve stayed in so far. We took 3d2n package with breakfast, lunch & din provided. Food given large quantity, esp seafood & service was fine. Stayed in Garden Villa chalet. Very clean & comfortable. Housekeeping crew came to clean, very prompt & quick. Clean & nice beach, about 20 paces away from room, as well as clean pool, about 10 paces from room. Surrounding well kept. Resort is, of course, not new but it’s more than adequate to unwind & relax. Came during off-peak season & feels like you have whole resort to yourself! Thank you to staff for memorable holiday.

Booking deposit* (non-refundable) of the full payment should be paid after your booking has been verified by Al Masyhur International Travel & Tours. Al Masyhur International Travel & Tours reserves the right to cancel your booking if you fail to make a full-payment 45 days before travelling dates.

* 30% or more deposit is required at time of booking as it depends on type of package.

Additional info for FIT Tour Package included the air ticket

• Upon registration and confirmation of airline ticket request, Traveller must remit full payment for airline ticket according to the dateline as advised by the person-in-charge in AMI Travel.
• For ground and other payments, traveler must remit booking deposit (a 100 % non-refundable) of 30% from the package price (excluding airline ticket) within three (3) days after registration or according to the dateline advised by person- in- charge in AMI. Balance payment must be made thirty (45) days prior to departure date or according to the dateline as advised by the person-in-charge in AMI.
• No changes can be made within 48 days before departure
• If participant wants to come back later or earlier than the expected date of arrival in Malaysia, participant must send an e-mail or letter 45 days before the travelling dates and it is subject to the discretion of Al Masyhur International Travel & Tours. Cancellation

• Booking cancellation from the participant should be done through email or letter and must be sent to Al Masyhur International Travel & Tours for avoiding any misunderstanding
