IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE 5 SECONDS OF SUMMER CONCERT

• MEET ME @ THE ALTAR will begin at 7:45 PM and 5 SECONDS OF SUMMER will close the show.
• The entrance for General Admission Pit ticket holders will be located at the Admin Gate directly to the right of the Box Office. If you have a GA Pit ticket and purchased a Soundcheck Experience VIP upgrade, please refer to your VIP instruction email for your entrance location.
• PIT AND SECTIONS 100, 200 & 300 TICKET HOLDERS: Per the artist's request, all drinks will be poured into provided cups upon entering these sections.
• Patrons will be allowed to bring in up to four 33.8 fl oz factory sealed bottles of water. PIT AND SECTIONS 100, 200 & 300 TICKETHOLDERS: If you plan to bring bottled water, please be prepared to pour your bottled water into a provided cup when entering your section. In addition, there will be free ICON Water Refill Stations on site, as well as multiple Carrier Misting Stations.
• If you have Mobile ticket(s), make sure to download your ticket(s) prior to arriving at the venue. To download your mobile ticket(s) to your phone, go to "My Events" in the Ticketmaster App and select "Add To Wallet" (on iPhone) or "Save To Phone" (on Android). • The Rideshare Lane for Uber/Lyft Pickup is located at Gate 9 across the street from Coney Island's Main Entrance. For directions and a map of the parking lot, CLICK HERE .
• There are two exits on I-275 that connect to Riverbend Music Center: Exit 71 (New Richmond) and Exit 72 (Kellogg Avenue). If traffic is backed up at one of these exits, please continue to the next exit.
• For free WiFi at the show, connect to the Fioptics Free WiFi network on your phone.
• Please allow extra time for metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection conducted by Riverbend Music Center security personnel. Any bag/purse larger than 12"x12" will not be permitted. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items and is for the safety of our guests and our staff.

Produced by Live Nation, the 27-city tour kicks off on June 11th at Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre in Vancouver, BC making stops across North America in Phoenix, Nashville, Boston and more before wrapping up in St. Louis, MO at Saint Louis Music Park on July 24th.

5 Seconds of Summer are looking to take over the world once more with the announcement that they’ll be taking The 5 Seconds of Summer Show worldwide in the form of a 42-date world tour.

Kicking things off on the North American side in Uncasville, CT, at the Mohegan Sun Arena on August 10, the pop-rock group will wrap up their tour with appearances at the When We Were Young Festival while in between making stops throughout Europe and the UK.

Tickets for The 5 Seconds of Summer Show will go onsale through a presale on Tuesday, April 11, with the general onsale for the North America and Europe dates starting Friday, April 14 at 10 AM local time. For South American fans, stay tuned for more information.

5 SECONDS OF SUMMER Announces Dates For ‘2023 World Tour – The 5 Seconds of Summer Show’

Multi-platinum-selling pop-rock band, 5 Seconds of Summer , will release their live album The Feeling of Falling Upwards – Live from The Royal Albert Hall digitally on April 14 . Physical formats of the album are up for pre-order NOW and will be available on July 14 .

The band is also excited to announce their 2023 World Tour – The 5 Seconds of Summer Show – which includes dates in South America, UK, Europe and North America with an appearance at the When We Were Young festival in Las Vegas. The tracks are taken from the band’s 2022 one-of-a-kind performance “The Feeling of Falling Upwards” at the world-famous Royal Albert Hall in London, a venue the band busked outside of when they moved to the UK to write for their very first album 10 years ago. The performance included reimagined versions of songs from their 11-year catalog including brand-new songs from their critically acclaimed fifth studio album 5SOS5 , accompanied by a 12-piece string orchestra and a 12-member gospel choir.

“’The Feeling of Falling Upwards’ is simply supposed to describe to you the feeling that we have experienced together, the feeling of taking a leap of faith on such a fickle thing like music,” expressed vocalist and drummer Ashton Irwin on stage at Royal Albert Hall, “And sharing this experience together year after year, season after season of our lives.”

Summer is going to last more than five seconds for the band 5 Seconds of Summer in 2022.

That’s because the pop group has lined up dozens of huge concerts at venues all over the world and across North America.

The Australian quartet, made up of Luke Hemmings (vocals and rhythm guitar), Michael Clifford (lead guitar), Calum Hood (bass), and Ashton Irwin (drums) formed in 2011. Since their inception, they became the first Australian act to chart three number one albums on the Billboard 200.

If you’re hoping to see 5SOS on their first full-fledged tour since 2019 that includes shows in Philadelphia (July 6) and New Jersey (July 10), here’s everything you need to know.

The album contains a wide repertoire from the last 10 years of them as a band. “We started out as a live band. Our live performances are the best representation of what we had to offer,” bassist Calum Hood tells Billboard of 5SOS’ decision to release their Royal Albert Hall concert as a live album.

Guitarist Michael Clifford agreed, adding, “We came off stage and we were like, that was probably one of the best shows we’ve ever played in our whole lives. Immortalizing it with this album is going to be special, not only for us but also the people who weren’t there.”

On what song looking forward to performing to, Michael told Wonderland, “I am gonna throw this out there. TikTok is a bit of a weird place. For some reason, “She Looks So Perfect” continues to go viral – I have no idea why. Obviously we will always play “She Looks So Perfect”, but you know what? Another one that continues to pop up on TikTok that we don’t play is “She’s Kinda Hot”. Maybe we do a TikTok moment.” Luke Hemmings chimed in. “I am excited to play “Ghost of You”, but it’s not that old.”

5 Seconds of Summer is of course stoked to continue playing live shows. Ashton Irwin told Wonderland, “It is absolutely diverse in every sense and the band has really pushed to attain a grounded identity in pop and rock. It has really progressed in both lanes. The pop songwriting has been worked on and we love melodic songwriting, hooks and unique concepts. But on the other hand, the rock side of the band has improved in terms of the recording itself, and I have been more into the musicianship. Obviously, that comes with recording the record internally; the band are actually prog rockers at heart.”

The 5 Seconds of Summer Show , the tenth anniversary celebration that the pop-rock band hosted at the close of 2021, was part career-spanning concert film and part Saturday Night Live skit poking fun at their decade-long evolution. It featured a recreation of the video for one of their earliest releases — 2012’s “Gotta Get Out” — alongside their biggest hits, like “Youngblood” and “She Looks So Perfect,” and a funeral for their faded black skinny jeans. But the one thing that has never changed about 5SOS is their commitment to delivering an unrelenting live show. And this summer, they’re bringing The 5 Seconds of Summer Show on the road.

General sale for the 20-date tour begins Friday, April 14 at 10 a.m. local time via the official 5SOS website .

Alongside the tour announcement , the band has unveiled plans to release The Feeling of Falling Upwards – Live from The Royal Albert Hall on April 14. The live album was recorded alongside a 12-piece string orchestra and a 12-member gospel choir during a special one-night-only concert last year. The performance followed the release of the band’s fifth studio album in twice as many years, 5SOS5 . The band loaded up the setlist for the night with musical indicators of where they are, where they’ve been, and where they’re heading.
