I was the only car in the parking lot and it took close to 60 minutes to be seen. The doctor only looked topically at my eye, never touching it or me

I woke up this am with symptoms of a bladder infection. I went to Quick care and was able to see the ARNP within 10 min of my arrival. She was very knowledgeable  and was able to order the right medication which helped me within a few hrs. I would definitely recommend this provider.

I was misdiagnosedby a short blonde woman with glasses she said it was rhino virus when it wasn't. I went to get tested again turned out I had bronchitis. She never introduced her name she came in and asked to take a rapid test bc everyone is getting covid and rhino virus. I have never in my life have gotten a virus besides bronchitis. If someone like her is working there I will never come back but I will also be letting people know how I was treated at your office.

Went in with hives.  Was not really addressed because I have cancer.  The “dr” didn’t even look at the hives.   So the “dr” didn’t want to give me a steroid.  I already had steroids from my chemo treatments.  Told to use calamine lotion for the itch. However the scheduling of the appointment was quick and didn’t have to sit to long in waiting room to be called back.

Aug 3, 2024

I have been there before with no problems. No problems with this visit either, until after. They call me, we talk for 9 minutes on phone. I have the call log. Was told antibiotics would be ordered for me. Next morning, I call pharmacy and none had been ordered. I called QC back. I was told that noone got ahold of me, that I talked to noone. That there was nothing of an infection on my record, or anything of antibiotics needing ordered. This whole call took place on speaker phone, so hubby heard every word too. Here it is sunday....still having problems, can't get answers or pain meds from anyone. Pain meds ER gave me are for acid reflux WTH???? I dont have that. Anyway, was I confused with another patient? I will see tomorrow morning before work. Yeah......I have to try and work with all this pain

Jul 28, 2024

I was going for a recheck for a respiratory problem. Made a couple of changes and was able to ask some questions. It was very helpful.
